Hello to any and all individuals that are in the market for car insurance. If you decide to choose StateFarm, please be aware of an agent by the name of Eric Little. He and his staff are the rudest, disrespectful individuals. Eric talks to you as if you're stupid and talks as if he himself is above you. Eric doesn't care about his customers he only cares about the money. Eric made a smart ass comment to me. I don't have the man power to follow up with you. Well, really, it should be customer service. He should remember that it'ss customers like me and anyone else who is putting money in your pocket, so you should extend the customer service. Again, I have had several instances with Eric Little office with rudeness, not returning calls, not trying to investigate situations for his customers. He should literally not be an agent with StateFarm, so again, I do not recommend this office. I've been with State Farm and Eric Little's office for quite a few years and have always been impressed with his office staff and with Eric. When I call the office the phone is immediately answered, the staff is professional and my issue is usually solved pretty quickly. Today I went in and sat down with Eric to have a look over my insurance to make sure everything looked good. We made quite a few changes to my coverage and beefed it up a bit. Eric explained everything in simple laymens terms to me, he took over an hour and went through line by line my coverage and really made me feel at ease about the changes. I highly recommend his insurance office. Eric will take the time with you and he goes above those cheapo insurance companies...personally I've never trusted an insurance company who's tag line is "we are cheap"....because in the end you always get what you pay for. read more

Eric recently helped us sort out an automotive issue and, through his excellent diligence and efforts totally resolved the case. First of all, State Farm's pricing is highly competitive, which is obviously an important aspect of insurance. But, beyond that, Eric, Sara, and the rest of the team provide incredible, personal service. My requests are always handled promptly, patiently and with a smile. My entire family has been with Eric Little for decades. I also had a separate plan for several years until I found a better rate elsewhere for the same coverage. Upon receiving a bill for my plan, I submit a payment before I proceeded to cancel my plan. Hence, I was due a refund for a plan I pre-paid and cancelled. It has been 7 weeks and I am yet to receive my refund. The initial check was never received and when I contacted Eric's office, I was told I had to wait at least 21 days before a stop payment could be placed. Well, shy of 3 weeks, I contacted their office and requested a new check. If has now been an additional 2 weeks and still no sign of a 2nd refund check being "issued". Keep in mind, I charged the payment to my CC so not only did I have to submit a payment to my CC but I also paid for my new coverage. I can guarantee that if my payment was submitted 7 weeks after the due date, State Farm would cancel my coverage but yet, they don't want to refund what is owed in a timely manner. In good faith, not only should a company issue a 2nd check immediately but "expedite" it. It is 2019 and with every major corporation encouraging customers to go green and paperless, how is a refund check the only option? Additionally, there was no sense of urgency from Eric's office to escalate and address my concern. My next step will be to file a report with the BBB. So, think twice before you sign up with this team. read more

I called Eric little to get an quote for my car. They answered the phone right away and the girl I spoke to was really friendly. They where able to get me a few different quotes to see which one will be best for me. Not only did she give me options to choose from she also explained to me how all the coverages work. I am still shopping around but State Farm is definitely a top contender. read more
