I'm buying a property and it required a simple letter that stated this office does our taxes and have done our taxes. When I asked Mr. Gustavo for this type of letter. He never answered my phone calls. I left messages and left emails and he never responded my phone calls. When I finally got a hold of him he responded with unprofessional attitude. He insisted he was not the person to write me a letter. After I proved to him that he was indeed the person who I needed the letter from he said he would write it. He never sent it. I called again and he told me I should write a letter. So because of my need I WROTE THAT LETTER ALL HE HAD To Do Was SIGN. My other Tex person for personal taxes gave it to me in two days did not charge a single cent. Mr. Gustavo has the audacity to charge me $100 to sign a later I wrote. I wasn't asking fir a notarized letter therefore he cannot charge for this. This letter is a couple sentences that says I do their traces and have done it for certain years that's it. I did the work for him. I'm astonished at the lack of customer service you have lost a great customer. And I would advise that anyone looking for a good tax person does not come here. They do the bare minimum all they care about is money in there pocket. Please go somewhere else here they will only disappoint you. Mr. Gustavo is very unprofessional.

After going back and forth, shuffling documents for almost ninety days they denied me for a loan against a property that I own free and clear. After being denied, the local bank rep apologized and said "I know someone who may be able to help you" and gave me Jim's number. Called Jim the next morning, after a short conversation he said "I can probably help you" and connected me with a member of his team who very efficiently worked with me in gathering the needed information. Two days later Jim called and said that he could make it happen, discussed rates and started the process. Received a message the next day, Jim had been able to negotiate a better rate! The young lady who worked with me was amazing, knows what the underwriters want to see and finessed the language in documents accordingly. Was able to work with my insurance company to supply the required information needed by the underwriters without me needing to get a new policy which would have cost thousands more per year. "Hey, it's your fault, I told you to drive over here and have us take pictures. No pictures, no coverage." It was a hard time for all of us, and the car was not my only concern. I ate the $3,000.00 bill and cancelled with them immediately! I was a customer of theirs for ten years with only a comprehensive claim for a windshield before this. Generally how I've seen a successful company become successful is through word of mouth, So to tell the truth i was a bit scared when i got a phone call from Esmeralda from state farm. Specially because recently at the beginning of this year (2016 jan) i had an accident, so my insurance had gone up. I was thinking to myself "oh here goes another insurance i am already with a cheap one now this one is calling me to give me a quote that i will say 'no thank you' ..." but one Esmeralda started talking it felt a little different, i just decided to give it a go why not. I never been in customer service i always been the customer, and i am not a big fan of giving them a hard time. At the same time its hard for me to open up, with her it was easy like talking to an old friend real talk no fake stuff no "friend zone talk." Esmeralda explain what they were offering and i had my insurance policy open and we were comparing. for the most if not even more they had more coverage for my car, even for my renter insurance and a life time policy. At first i said no to the lifetime policy since i was trying to budget down. i was then transfer to Andrea which she gave the same vibe as Esme, switching with them was easy and very self explanatory, i ended up signing up for a much budget friendly plan that included auto and renters lower than what i had. BUT! wait there is more (feeling of an infomercial) later that week I got a phone call from Esmeralda I was in the mid of work so she gave me some quick good news saying that i qualify for a discount plan when i sign in for the Life policy, for an even better deal. So basically that whole feeling that they show and did. I guess this is how it feels to have a good neighbor. I never knew that about neighbors.. specially cuz i only had mexican neighbors so we mexicans dont do those kinds of treatment from neighbors ha..ha.. aah... ha.. 100% recommend State Farm, this office they dont jus treat you like a neighbor, but a close friend.
