We called the company the next day and were able to talk directly with the owner. He was very nice and offered to work with us. When we decided it wasn't going to work he immediately canceled our contract and agreed, in writing, to cancel everything. So my husband said oh since I don't get any extras a need just meat can I get a discount an me he said. The discount wasn't even worth it. Then he said if you would of added another product like the air purification system, your bill would of went down by $70 a month. My husband said we want to talk it over and I needed to go to work.
