My go-to place! I've been coming to Sakura for years, and I can honestly say it's still my go-to place. The service is always great, the place is very clean, and the ladies are super nice and welcoming. They're usually able to take me in, and I absolutely love their foot massage. The body massage is great too, but the foot massage is definitely one of my favorites. ‍ I've had consistently good experiences here over the years, which is why I keep coming back. 5 stars from me! This place had really great reviews and had been looking for a place up in the high desert that would do couples massage, but unfortunately was the experience I got. The place is clean, however everything was a bust. We booked couples massage and the ladies were talking the whole time. Massages were medicore. Lady was really rough on my husband he even bruising. Not sure where the noise was coming from sounded like kids. On top of everything when we went to pay they automatically required a minimum $20 tip for each. I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. The website clearly states that a couples massage is $80, yet we were charged $90 with no explanation. During the massage, the two ladies spent most of the time talking to each other instead of actually providing a massage. They barely touched my feet and On top of that, there were dogs barking loudly the entire time, which made it impossible to relax. At the end, they questioned me about why I wasn't tipping and tried to tell me that I had to tip, even though the service was unprofessional and far below expectations. I went in last night for an hour massage. I only wanted my neck, shoulders and back done... When I asked the lady to just work on my legs and back, she said to me oh, no, you have to do your legs as well if she had to do my back for a whole hour. It will make her very tired and that if she does it, I need to leave her a good tip... Never in my lifetime have I ever had a massage place say this to me so I cut the massage short for a half hour I gave her a $10 tip and made a point of it never to go back... If I am paying for an hour massage and I only want a certain area of my body to be massaged that should be my choice not theirs. Wow, this place is legit. I booked Amy for a 60 min oil massage for $45, and left the place in perfect zen. I've lived in LA, Orange, and Riverside counties so whenever I come home to AV or VV I naturally expect the quality of service and food to be...well, shit. Like eating from a taco truck in Santa Ana and then going to Del Taco or a gringo grubhut lol However, this was far from the case. Amy was a pro from the start, where she told me she received her training in China, and it was immediately present from the first knot she rolled out in my back that I was in good hands. She was super attentive to the amount of pressure given at all times, and communication was always extremely clear if she felt I was in any pain or discomfort. Top notch customer service, in other words. Do yourself a favor and stop by here if you're picking up your mail at the SVL post-office or are being a fatass over at the Marina Grocery. I'm personally disabled with a foot and back disability (dyspraxia) I was born with, and even with my special needs and case have no regrets. I didn't have a good experience here. I went into this place, and a lady at the front desk greeted me. I asked for the foot massage. She tried to sell me the more expensive full-body massage. I said I wanted the foot massage. She turned out to be the one who was doing the massage. During the massage, there were many interruptions. When people entered the place, the masseuse would leave me in the room to greet the people who entered. About four people called the place during my massage. She would answer the phone with one hand and massage me with the other hand and talk on the phone while massaging me. I would have liked the masseuse to be in the room the whole time instead of leaving the room multiple times during my one-hour massage. I would have liked to be massaged by someone who wasn't on the phone at the same time. read more

So decided to try another spa place in the high desert and judging from the reviews I thought it would be a great place to have another spa. Go into a dark office and ask for the 45 min massage and lady greets me and points me out to a room. I get undress and find out the lady running the front was the person doing the massage ....I was like hmmm maybe she's the only one on the floor! Heard some man in the back coughing so I decided to just let her do her thing. She spoke better English then this other spa I went to so I was cool. When it came to putting the oil on. That's shit was cold as hell. I was like whatever. Right when it came to paying that's when it went sideways for me. I gave her a 5 dollar tip and she gave me the dirtiest look. She said I should tip her 10 dollars it was very hard work!!! I was like well do you want the 5 dollars or not. After paying 46 dollars because the 1 dollar charge to use there credit card machine I was outta there I told her I probably won't come back.
