Stear clear of this company! Since our new roof was installed, just over a month ago, our roof has…read moreleaked constantly! Our new kitchen floor has been saturated with rain multiple times. Larry, the owner, takes a week to respond each time we've called and always says he will have to see when he can send sometime out since they are busy. We follow up a week later he finally sends someone out who says the leaks are fixed. The next rain it leaks again. The back and forth calls continue pleading for him to help. Our roof has sat with tarps over it for weeks now. He finally sent a crew out this week, but they only worked on one spot that was leaking. They didn't speak any English but called their translator who told us they were only instructed to fix one area and that Larry would call us later that day. That was several days ago, no call. Nothing. He finally responded to our text today, he's not fixing the roof and told us we should do what we need to do. ?? So much for honoring your work and standing by your three year warranty. Avoid like the plague!! Dishonest company who left us with a roof in much worse shape than before he put on the new roof. Now we have to get legal help, are out the cost of a "new" roof and damage cleanup for new drywall and praying all the water intrusion from our poor choice in roofers didn't leave our home filled with mold. Please do a deep dive before you hire a roofing company. I thought we had done our research, but digging deeper now we see so much we missed. Find an honorable company that will stand by their work. You don't want to fear not getting home in time before a rain storm to set out your buckets throughout your home, or worry that mold is growing around the walls surrounding your children and family. Don't make the same mistake we made.
