I am beyond thankful for Celsa De Belen and the Nation One Realty team. This team has given organized, thorough, professional, and resolute process of buying a house. This is my first time buying a house and this team made it so smooth and easy. Towards the end of March, I was in Los Angeles visiting my college friends. My mom called me and she was crying on the phone. Because she was told by the new owner of the house (we were renting it) to move out within 3 months or else he would increase the monthly payment. To be honest, we didn't deserve to rent this house even living there for almost 5 years because it's not a good house to rent. We sacrificed living that house despite of its lacking of functions in built-in appliances like the aircondition system and even the heater; no smoke alarms even. I had a plan of buying a house towards the end of this year; I wanted to pay off my student loans first, my car and other credit card bills. But when my mom called me, I was also heartbroken and it was really painful to hear my mom crying on the phone. She said she knows someone from Nation One Realty to help us even without downpayment. I didn't have much savings because I was paying my bills, and all others, I was scheduled to have my approved vacation from work. With the help of this team, I was also working with them promptly as much as I could to hasten the process even when I was on vacation in another country. Good Lord, I had unlimited text and data there from my carrier. I was told that the process might take months if the buyer would be slow in submitting required documents or papers, so I tried to be prompt. But luckily, I was able to respond early. And then, I was told that it should take 45 days to process everything up to closing and recording. But guess what? We recorded in less than 45 days. To be specific, it was only 36 days all in all. We did beat the odds including the closing costs -- it was a big challenge but we pulled through -- thanks Steve Hill. I am beyond thankful. I am overwhelmed. This team has given me resources to be more educated about home buying for the first time. This is my American dream -- to help my family reside in a place where it's more peaceful and convenient. Plus the neighboorhood is more than agreeable. I can't thank enough this team! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! :) Lengthy review, but I had such a positive experience working with this company! In the beginning of this year, my co-worker and I were having a random conversation, and she mentioned to me how happy she was with her home. She explained her experience of buying a house, "the biggest purchase of our lives." At that time, I wasn't even thinking of buying a house. I was perfectly content with the house I was renting, and didn't see any problem with it. I had a lot of questions, trying to weight the pros and cons between renting and buying, but I was stuck. And my co-worker didn't have all the answers either, so she referred me to her real estate agent, Celsa. I was nervous at first, but my co-worker told me "just ask, you never know." So I reached out to Celsa, and I'm so glad that I did. Because if I didn't, I probably wouldn't have my beautiful dream home that I just closed on/got the keys for two days ago! I had a lot of questions, and I worked late, but that wasn't a problem for Celsa. She explained to me the complete process, explaining what to look for when going to look at model homes, what I should expect, and why now was the right time to make a move on purchasing a home. She encouraged us to simply "look" and ask questions, and made us feel comfortable. She let us know that it was okay to be interested even if we weren't actually purchasing. She told us that she would be here even if we weren't ready. My husband and I started looking online at different developments, and two weekends later, we found ourselves visiting new housing communities. Celsa encouraged us to purchase our home at a time that we were ready. We just didn't know that we already were because we were stuck on renting. We didn't truly understanding why purchasing a home had better value than renting. I knew we had found a wonderful real estate agent. My husband and I both work full time, so we of course wanted a process that would be smooth and easy. Celsa has a team that she works with, so our broker/ lender, were all covered. Celsa took care of all of that so we wouldn't have to. And because we trusted Celsa, we put faith in those she worked with as well. We had more issues with our developer/builder over the past 8 months than we did on trying to find a lender and close on our home! I felt as though Celsa and her team (including Magdy) were truly there for us through our buying experience! My husband and I never had to stop to figure things out. Celsa and her team reached out to us when they needed documents, and they kept us included.
