The property was trashed. They did absolutely nothing to maintain the property. They gave the tenant "notices to clean" but nothing was monitored and it just got significantly worse. She also had a dog, which was never noted or noticed and stated no pets in the lease, stains all over the carpet, large holes in the walls covered up by "children's finger paintings", which was easily noticeable when I, the landlord, did a walk through. There was approximately $6,000 in damages. They also let my tenant leave without paying the last half of her rent, which she did not pay for at least a month after leaving my house with all the damages. They did do a good job of cleaning the property and contacting vendors, which I did appreciate. After all said and done, I go into their office to pick up keys and only the key to the house is returned to me. No mail key. I advised them that it was missing and they told me she just didn't return it and I'm shit out of luck. They seem like genuine people at the business but I will not be using them or recommending them in the future.

At the beginning he puts on this good guy face and makes you feel comfortable in trusting him but then towards the end of the transaction he starts to show his true colors. He truly cannot be trusted. He and his buddies Don at REST EZ home inspection and Dave Gauden at Gauden Exterminating all lied on reports to sell the home. They covered up damage. When we called our realtor Dave for help he pretty much had washed his hands. He didn't offer any help. He told us to call Don when Dave was the one that set up these inspections. We trusted Dave at PMZ. What a huge mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eventually all of you will get caught for all the scandalous moves you make. I'll be sure to help that happen.

The experience was counter productive and unfortunate. In short there was habitability issues, Bug infestation, leaks, mold, management neglect, and unfair treatment. We now have private attorneys handling the matter. They later on tried to give my parents their deposit, No Thanks! Let the lawyers do thier thing! I would encourage anyone to look other places, There is some reputable and good management companies out there, ready to help people with integrity.​

January update: They have still not corrected the late fee problem as promised and seem to be just…read moreignoring it. In fact, instead of reversing the fee as promised, they just keep adding "interest" charges. On a more important point you should know that in the 6 months since this company took over management of this complex, exactly 20% of the tenants have moved out! That is a staggering percentage! Even more important is that those 20% were LONG TERM TENANTS that were here over 8 years!
