Now, I can full-heartedly say that I'm converted-and I can't wait to go back again! Parking right outside the center gets full quickly, but there's overflow parking not too far away. The staff is absolutely wonderful-so friendly and willing to help. Shout out to Todd who cheerfully helped me get my snowshoes on and off-he knows his stuff. You can rent equipment or just get your day pass and use your own. I felt incredibly at ease and welcome-even as an obvious newbie to the game. I think next time I'll try the cross country skiing just to mix things up a bit. Or maybe even take some lessons and attempt to ski down a hill or two. Maybe.

I believe it's the first and only indoor cycling studio in the area. I cannot believe that I am getting the FTR (first to review) for BOOM as they just celebrated their three year anniversary! The studio offers a super fun setting, clean bikes and studio space, great music and lighting, and 2 video TV screens that keep you engaged with the class! Regan, the owner, puts her heart into her business and it shows. I had the pleasure of taking her Rhythm Ride at 10am on St. Patrick's Day, which she also did a special playlist with video to go along with it. It was a super fun workout!
