I had a great experience at this FedEx! I was printing out…read moresome documents, in color, over the internet with their print services. You can upload documents to them, and they'll print them out for you to pick up later. I showed up at the appointed time, and the documents were all messed up. I got something wrong with the order, it was totally my fault. The clerk shows me the set, and I just facepalm- they're unusable! I expressed my grief that I'd goofed up the whole document. She assured me that there's no problem, she can fix it right quick. She jumped on the computer, click- click - boom! She reformatted the document, and got my pages printed no problem! I was incredibly grateful that she was able to come through for me and help me get everything situated. She was a life saver. This location also has stationary stuff and a few corporate-themed books to browse through while you wait. They offer passport photos too. Parking can be a bit challenging through here, it's a small lot right off of Broadway. I prefer to approach by the alleyways.

Walked into the UPS kinda "hot" because Amazon put me in a mood trying to make me keep the bbq AND use my protection plan to fix it after two uses. Anywhoooo.... I walked in and encountered Jason who told me I needed to disassemble the bbq and buy packaging for it. I immediately gave him an attitude (later apologized). I said fine and Jason got everything I needed for the return. He immediately began disassembling the bbq with lightning speed and perfection. I hadn't asked for this. He then boxed everything up and sealed the box with the gift wrapping precision of a professional. I just stood and watched his amazing skill AND talent. He said, "you're all set" and gave me a return receipt. Writing this review to publicly apologize to Jason and let everyone know - if you encounter Jason - tell him Michelle is still regretting her attitude.
