Everyone else here has great reviews about National Ebike and the owner Frank. I bought an Ebike from Frank a couple of years ago and it worked great, until it didn't. It's been sitting broken for over six months and Frank has made less than zero effort to get parts to fix it. He doesn't sell the brand anymore and he apparently doesn't fix them. Countless texts, emails, voicemails, and phone calls - including speaking directly to Frank - gets no response. Every status is the same - "let me research it and get back to you". Frank Bob takes great care of his customers. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He is not pushy. I had to ask for his opinion and each time he was spot on. My wife bought the Scoria. I bought a used bike from marketplace. Frank talked about the torque the Scoria has and I didn't listen. A month later, I sold my used ebike and bought a Scoria from Frank. Great service, informational, unbelievable service price. I've been popping rear spokes since I purchased my 2019 Aventon Pace 500 from the original dealer, now out of business. Frank and his crew found correct the parts to replace multiple spokes and the rear rim. The original dealer went bust, so I've been struggling for service and parts.
