From the time I was contacted by NET to the time our TV was delivered perfectly, the service was unbelievably amazing. (We first attempted to deliver this item with Associated Global Systems who screwed up the job royally, and after wasting a day of our time, had to cancel) NET set up the delivery date, and called the day before, as promised, with a 2 hour window. The day of delivery, the driver called promptly within our agreed window and arrived perfectly on time. This morning two guys from NET showed up to deliver a table I had ordered. What I didn't realize (because I was never informed by the vendor of the table) was that the drivers were instructed to leave the two huge wooden crates the table and stand came in, and I was to uncrate the items and dispose of the crates (and assemble the table, but that part I knew). There was no way I was going to be able to manage the crates myself and I was visibly distraught, and Sebastian and Josh proved to be my heroes when they not only agreed to uncrate the pieces and take the crates, but they even went so far as to assemble the table for me. They were so kind and professional, and I was beyond grateful. You don't always get help like that anymore, but these guys went above and beyond. read more

Unreliable freight company. I confirmed with them the delivery window 3 times and yet they didnt show up.

They called me to set an appointment for delivery. They said anytime from 8am-5pm and we need to be present to sign. I took the day off and legit waited all day until 4pm I had to call and check on the status. The attitude was sorry our driver called in sick. Not a courtesy call... nothing. Such a joke company to waste peoples time. Beware they will waste your time too and not give a crap either when you call. read more

The person that I worked with in the office was incredibly rude. She told me I didn't order the item I had ordered and that I should know the carton size for delivery in order to know what I had purchased, She never called before delivery, She took weeks to work with Design within Reach to schedule a delivery, and she laughed that I thought they would deliver the desk to the apartment because of COVID (every other delivery company I had brought furniture upstairs). Overall it was an incredibly frustrating experience and I would never order from a company that uses NET for shipping again. read more

It was to my unfortunate fate that our sofa company used this mess of a business for a delivery service. This company has the worst customer service that I've ever experienced from a delivery company. Their claim to fame is their supposed two hour window for delivery which they love boasting about (which also seems to be a common thing talked about in all the 2-3 positive reviews on google and yelp - makes me believe the reviews are fabricated) but this is nothing but a hoax bc they have yet to show up AT ALL. They set my delivery for a 10am-12pm slot on a Friday..after waiting around from taking off from work after 12pm I started calling their company they kept trying to get me off the phone by saying they are running behind. None of the reps are nice by the way. They all speak rudely! At 5pm, they call to tell me they won't be delivering my sofa! I can't help but wonder why they waited all day to tell me that they couldn't deliver my sofa when the issue they were facing was irreparable "truck broke down" and they knew this all day! Finally, after telling the last rep how disappointed I was they supposedly scheduled my delivery as the "first delivery" the next morning which conveniently is a Saturday which means guess what, if they don't show up I have no one to talk to bc their customer service is CLOSED!! Why would you have no one in your customer service department when your actively making deliveries on a Saturday???? What if your "truck breaks down" how will your customers know your not coming??? Oh wait, we won't!!!!! It is now an hour and half into this 2 hour "oh so awe worthy 2 hour window" leaving them with 1/2 more hour to show up. I highly doubt they'll show up on time leaving me to once again halt my life to wait around for their mess of a business to get it together! Not to mention I live in a building where I have to schedule deliveries with them as well and reserve elevators and I've now reserved the elevator about 4 times with no outcome!!! This business needs to stop trying to focus on their claim to fame and really start matching action to their words! That's how to grow a business and build a customer base. I should know I run a successful startup with a NATIONAL customer base! You best believe I will be contacting the Headquarters of the business where I bought my sofa to relay my distaste for this company. I hope they choose not to use your business going forward. You should really be ashamed by the service you provide. Please get it together! The UPDATE: the delivery showed up with 20 minutes to spare before the window closed. I was happy as to finally receive my delivery and I was happy with the service provided by the delivery and setup men. They were courteous and pleasant. They missed their 2 hour delivery window without as much as a text, and were closed despite offering it as a time. This isn't acceptable customer service in normal circumstances but is especially bad for a delivery service where people are told to specifically wait at a time. Delays are inevitable in certain cases, their horrible customer communication is their own issue. read more

I live in a 5th floor walk-up in NC and over the years I've had a lot of stuff delivered and have taken my share of attitude from delivery people but this guy who delivered a small love-seat (140 lbs in two boxes) set a new benchmark flow in customer service. The "window": for delivery had been long shut by the time they showed up (it's New York and I've come to expect traffic so it was no big deal) for which the delivery guy offered no explanation - he was too busy making sure I knew how 'ticked off' he was at location. Before I even had a chance to give him my usual "don't worry about the stairs, I'll make it well worth your while," he informed me that he was only paid to deliver to the second floor and that he had no intention of going any further, saying "I don't work for free." . I'm 63 and not in the greatest of health and although I didn't expect him to thank me for the opportunity to strengthen his back muscles, I didn't much like the extortionist attitude either. He and his partner carried the 125 lb up the remaining three flights for which they were tipped $30 for under 30 seconds worth of work - an amount that took me a lot more time and effort to earn than it did them. It goes without saying that neither could be bothered to say so much as "thanks." he didn't bother saying so much as 'thanks." Amazon has been made aware of this, as well as the fact that I don't see myself ever ordering anything else that might require a delivery like this. Had a furniture order from Rove Concepts (Canada) being handled by this disorganized outfit for home delivery. My order arrive at EWR on 7/28 and is still sitting in a warehouse. No one has called me, responded to any of my email inquiries or returned a phone call as of 8/3. The warehouse company, Pilot, also has reached out to them several times to no avail. I recently had a Avocado mattress delivered and unwrapped. These mattress are very heavy and come rolled up. The two delivery guys did a great job getting it into the house and setting it up. They were conscious of my house and courtesy. I would highly recommend this company. read more

The men who delivered my two bedside tables were great. They called 20 minutes ahead of my window which was noon - 2pm. Arrived at noon, unpacked in my apartment building hallway. One of the men notified me that one of the tables was damaged. He also pointed out the the drawer was already coming apart. I assumed I needed to handle the return of the damaged product on my own, I told them to leave one of the cardboard boxes. But he said he can take it back for me if I just refuse delivery. Duh but great! I called the online retailer's customer service who was super helpful. The guys waited patiently while I was sorting it all out on the phone. We took pics of the damage and the delivery guys carted all the refuse and damaged unit away. They were super. read more

Showed up on time and called ahead. One of the guy's name was Sebastian who offered to remove the cushions out of the boxes and discard them. Many companies don't do that so i was happy. Some companies just drop the package off and thats it. Overall was a smooth delivery. read more

First terrible with scheduling. Tell you one thing and do not follow through. Once they do show up movers show no care. They unpacked the wrong couch and brought it in first. I was expecting a sofa and a loveseat and chair, they brought in a sectional. Then they scratch all the furniture to the point the furniture needed to send out a repair man to fix the furniture. They also left the furniture without legs on a salted street without any protection causing salt to get in the furniture. One the furniture was inside the proceeded to slide the pieces all over to put into place scratching my newly refinished hardwood floors. 4 months later still have not resolved my claim with the floors and they are still damaged. I got a voicemail the night before changing the delivery window. Dreadful 'customer service' when I called trying to recover my earlier window. The next day, hours after their window ended, they have no idea when my package will arrive because the driver is no longer taking calls. Everyone I spoke to was rude. I ordered a sofa from a company that uses this company for their delivery. I received a call yesterday telling me to expect the delivery today sometime between 8-10am. Being that they never came I called them and they said that I should have received a call from them telling me that they couldn't deliver today because they didn't have the sofa there. Huh? So why would they arrange a delivery without the sofa there? And no phone call this morning to let me know they wouldn't be coming. Now I have to wait another week to get it delivered. I LOVE NET. They are always on time, professional, and have courteous drivers.I make changes to deliveries, sometimes even at the delivery, they have not failed us yet. I always ask for a 2 hour window, in over a year they have yet to miss that delivery window. I am always impressed with how seamless the process.
