Yesterday has been in the making for 20+ yrs. Ordered a new foam mattress and adjustable frame. The main hold up for quite some time was that I don't have a vehicle for transport nor do I have the strength anymore to do all the moving. As part of a Nectar bundle deal, the " white glove" service was included. 8 hr time window given the day prior and a 3 hr time window the day off. Arrived promptly at the earliest time but not before communication to make sure I was ready. Two guys showed up, installed the new and took away the old in mere minutes. I was surprised that the smaller framed men handled the heavy old mattress with ease. May 20 minutes tops. Polite, professional and friendly. NVC was used to deliver my Tempur-pedic mattress and they were supposed to provide white glove delivery service. Not only were the delivery men rude AF. They didn't remove my old mattress as promised. If you are a business in NY, don't use them! They seem to have better workers on the West Coast. read more

Simply Horrible... I purchased an Elliptical on 2/11/15. Was told it shipped on 2/13/15. I contacted the company on 2/20/15 for a shipping status & was told that they didn't have the tracking information. I was then contacted by NVC Logistics on 2/23/15 & they told me that it would be delivered early in the next week. I then receive a message from them on 3/3/15 & it said that this will be delivered on 3/5/15 between 10am & 1 pm. I contacted them on 3/5/15 & left multiple messages to let them know that no one would be home. No one ever called me back. I finally got in touch with someone in their corporate office & he told me that they can leave it in the back yard if that was ok with me. I agreed. I ended up leaving work early anyway. I come home & there was no delivery. I contacted corporate again to let them know that nothing ever arrived & they told me that the driver had to make a stop in Elmont, NY & then he was coming to my house. No one ever arrived. I left yet another message again on 3/5/15 & as usual, they never called me back. I finally emailed the same person that I talked to earlier regarding my delivery. He replied on 3/6/15 & stated that the driver was told to go back to my house. He then asked me if my item had been delivered. I replied no & that was the last I ever heard back from him. I called yet again & no one got back to me. I contacted their corporate office & someone finally replied via email that "they are working on this". I now see on their tracking site that it says "I Refused Delivery". There was never a delivery for me to refuse. Nothing ever showed up. I am still waiting for them to get back to me regarding this. I then find out that they had my item in their warehouse since 2/23/15. This is a joke of a company & I hope everyone stays as far away from them as possible. read more

For a professional delivery company, I was floored when the delivery agents scratched the refrigerator carrying it in and then proceeded to tear up a wall and later gouge a cabinet door. They then tried to get me to sign off on a successful delivery without acknowledging the damage to my house or the product. White glove delivery FAIL. read more

This review is for NVC logistics and corporate relations. My direct dealing with NVC was in Brea, CA. BEWARE of deliveries arriving through this company. While smiling and acting so "white glove" (needing to run back to my bedroom to take off the plastic from my Tempurpedic mattress for me), my jewelry was rifled through and stolen! When I called, they wouldn't even tell me the names of the people who delivered the item.... Corporate ASSURED me that it would be "taken care of" which in translation means I fill out a lengthy form, only to have to follow up about it, then receive a generic "claim denied" one sentence form letter. The mattress was delivered, and the guys smiled, but watch them closely! read more

Do not do business with these frauds. They are supposed to deliver white glove service and have been in possession of my goods for 2 weeks. Supposed to call and don't. A complete shambles of a company. The company using them have been forced to refund me part of what I paid, they have escalated me on an urgent list and still no delivery. read more

all the negatives about this company are true are. we too were unfortunate to have them involved in the delivery of an elliptical from pro form. they do not provide white glove delivery service. they sent two out of shape older men in an unmarked truck. they did over a thousand dollars damage to our beautiful oak stairway and walls. it had been 4 months now and they have not repaired any damage. we have done all the footwork to find materials and someone to do the work. nvc keeps passing it along to other people. 4 people so far. our hose is not safe to live in in this state.my 64 year old wife has had two falls on the damaged stairway, and one myself.i will try and post photos here. we are retired and have had many delivery services in our lifetime. for you own well being and sanity. do not use this company under any circumstances we also have filed a complaint with consumer reports. very sorry for all you folks that have had to experience the poor and low quality and lack of customer service from this company. phil davis read more

Unfortunately forced to use NVC to deliver a replacement TV. Zero customer service! I was TOLD when they would deliver the TV, not asked. Like most of us, I work during the day and had a small window for when I could be home to accept the delivery. After a few phone calls and a complete lack of organization, the delivery was scheduled for a time that worked with my schedule. When the day arrived, I was given the typical 1pm - 5pm delivery range. After waiting around all afternoon, and not hearing anything by 4pm, I made a call. Person on the phone tracked down the delivery and said the truck was in-route. Shame on me for not asking exactly what that meant or how far out it was. At 4:45pm still no delivery. Again, I make another call. Person on the phone (same guy as last time) scratches head and wonders why they aren't there yet, as they were only 15 miles away when I called the first time. He tracks down the delivery and says they are now, 4 miles away. 5:15pm the truck finally shows. Delivery guys were actually pretty nice. Delivery went smooth as I did most of the work. Guys said they are basically just movers and don't know electronics. They cleaned up after the delivery and asked me to sign the papers work. I did not have the option of choosing the delivery company, however if you do, I would not recommend NVC. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. They were suppose to deliver a treadmils (white glove and assembly) and the delivery was requested to take place after 12 noon since my husband and I both work and can't take off. I was told I would receive a phone call the night before with the time window... I never received a phone call. I called the 800 number and reached someone and they told me my window was 7-10 AM!! I explained that this was not acceptable... he noted that my account did say it should occur after noon but he told me he could not reach anyone at the moment because the NJ office was closed for the night. He gave me a phone number I was to call the next morning at 7 am to change the time window. Shocker... nobody answered the phone and as I was pulling out for work at 7:15 the delivery truck arrived. I explained to the man that he would have to come back and that his "boss" clearly messed up his schedule bc my request was for after noon. He laughed at me and said he wouldn't come back. He tried driving away while I was speaking and he was beyond rude to me, pointing his finger in my face and being downright nasty, causing a scene in front of all my neighbors leaving for work. It is now 10 AM and I have yet to hear back from the offices about my delivery. I will be filing a report against the man who delivered. Nordic Track was AMAZING and actually refunded my "white glove" service money and is embarassed to be represented by such an incompetent company. NVC Logistics is receiving a report from them as well. Screw this place and their dumb, rude, delivery services. read more
