Cheapest price for Canadians for Greens+ and National Nutrition usually gives me freebies with each order (I spend about $135 per order) -- and they are good freebies -- stuff that is high quality and things I actually want to try. First, I do not post on social media (not a fan) and I am a pubic relations professional (with degree). However, this company may be respected, but from my experience, they run a scam. And I do live in the U.S. and have only purchased from B.C. Canada a few times over years. I paid for one bottle of a supplement (Dr. Murray) that was unavailable for a very long time from iherb.com and that I had been purchasing for many years each month. This purchase was September of 2024! I contacted via email more than two times and actually received a phone call/voice mail stating they would issue the refund when I still did not have the product two months out (late October 2024). I received an email from their mail processor for U.S. bound deliveries and submitted the information requested and thereafter NOTHING, even contacting NN.ca again and receiving zero response. I even had the USPS check into my package and was informed they could do nothing and had my family member in NYC check into the matter, also unable to get help. You cannot be a great company when there is ZERO customer service response to matters concerning what you sell. National Nutrition is substandard and does not even deserve the 1 star. And FYI, this isn't about tariffs or who is in office (I have my opinions about that), but about product and customer service. I have received outstanding customer service response from overseas purchases that go above and beyond this experience buying one supplement product, which is telling!!! I am so glad that I found National Nutrition! I'm a new customer and have only placed three orders so far but their shipping is incredibly fast and their customer service is fantastic! Even with the shipping costs included, their supplements are less expensive than if I had purchased them in one of the mainstream nutrition stores. As you can see most of these reviews are from quite a while ago. My advice is to avoid ordering online, my experience wasn't so favorable. I ordered online and waited 10 days for my order, checking the progress periodically. After 10 days I found the order had been refunded to my account, without explanation, no cancelled order email, no "sorry we couldn't honour your order"... nothing. After contacting them directly and quoting my order number, nothing, no response. If you don't want to spend time waiting for items you may or may not receive with no correspondence you should avoid shopping online with National. read more

Have been to the storefront many times. The staff is extremely helpful, they have the largest selection I have seen in Canada, and offer great rewards for large purchases/repeat customers. Very impressed with National Nutrition overall. I am not a frequent online shopper but when it comes to my vitamins and supplements I have come to trust ordering online from National Nutrition. The customer service is excellent (when you call there is a person on the other end of the line!) and they obviously do a great job of getting orders packaged and out the door...impressed with the speedy delivery. I am (was?) an international customer of National Nutrition since 2014. Communication by email has always been trying due to delays, misunderstandings, etc but I always used air postage, which was expensive but at least reasonably quick to the UK. (When I am in Florida I get free shipping like everyone else in North America.) For the first time this month I have only been offered surface mail to the UK, which takes 4-12 weeks which is obviously not workable. Initially I was offered Tracked Packet, then this was suddenly withdrawn and I was offered a laughable excuse for this by one of the many people who deal with orders. The communication was unhelpful, with no explanation as to why after 4 years there was suddenly no option. I emailed a complaint to Darren the CEO but have had no reply. Clearly loyal customers of National Nutrition are not valued. This whole exercise has left a sour taste in my mouth. I always had a positive view of Canadians, but this has changed that. The Canadian brands they stock are available elsewhere, and that's where I will be going. read more

I have ordered from nationalnutrition.ca a dozen times in the past few years. I am happy with their prices and selection and my orders have always been correct. The only thing that I do not like about nationalnutrition.ca is that it takes the company too long to ship orders.
