Like any other buffet type "restaurant" the food tends to get pretty thick if it has been sitting around for a while. There are lots of good options for people looking for gluten free options, but the potential for cross contamination is there if you are very sensitive.l to gluten. They also had 3 fresh soups available and regularly have chilli. The pricing is much better to offerings such as Nature's emporium. I found the price to be at least 25% less. They also have a pretty hefty discount at the end of the day on food if you are so inclined. Trying to return them was an exercise in patience and I think they try to wear you down to the point where you don't care anymore and will give up. I still haven't gotten a form that is needed to return the product and they insist they have to send it to you by regular mail.

It is semi-solid most of the year. In the fall, when it is first gathered, it is liquid for a short time. Pasteurization removes all the beneficial qualities of honey, and there are many.
