Perfect location and close to the Atlanta airport. Very pleased about how affordable the daily rate was for parking so close to the airport.

I have parked here since it was built as Delta Park and Fly. I have noticed a steep decline in the quality of the place but this week was bad. Last week I paid $16.50 to park. Today the price was jumped to 27.50! Because it is Christmas and there are a lot of Holiday Travelers (according to one employee) "have difficulty finding parking during the Christmas rush so we are raising prices to make money" If Spot is profitable with regular traffic, the when they jump prices 50% then this indeed is a huge windfall. To me it is reminiscent of the people selling water after a natural disaster at exhorabent prices. Since I believe this type of predatory price gouging to be unethical and immoral I will not be using this service going forward. And in addition, the service has taken a nose dive since the buy out. Checking in is now a painfully slow process even when you make a reservation and pay in advance. read more

Park 'n Fly Plus is now associated with The Parking Spot; however, it continues to offer the best price for off-site ATL airport parking. Additionally, the buses run regularly where we don't have to wait on the hour/half hour for a ride. For my husband's last trip, Alex was the driver, and he was so hospitable to my husband, who had a private trip to ATL one early morning. For our September trip, I had a misunderstanding about how to use old coupons, and the staff and manager were so helpful in fixing my overpayment. read more

Terrible. The app showed multiple locations for pickup; I kept getting messages that there was only "on call" service. I called 4 times total to find location of shuttle pickup--3 of those times I spoke to an employee who gave me wrong directions. I drug our luggage all around the airport to finally find the area. I am a frequent visitor of Park N Fly; now Parking Spot after the merger. I am impressed with the range of parking options available. The lot offers both self parking and valet services, with choices for both covered and uncovered spaces. The self park areas appear to be well organized and easy to navigate, with ample spaces. For those looking for the added convenience, the valet service is always quick and efficient. The covered valet spaces provided extra protection from the elements. I prefer the valet lot because by the time the van gets you back to the lot from the airport your car is there waiting for you. The rates are reasonable for both options and I felt my vehicle was safe throughout my trip. I recommend booking on their app so you can ensure you have a spot when you arrive. Additionally, the more your park you earn points towards free parking days! Overall a reliable and convenient parking solution for airport travelers. read more

Don't let the good reviews fool you because they are under new management (The Parking Spot) and the place has gone to hell. My last valet reservation will be my last with them. One of their attendants stole my wireless CarPlay adapter out of my SUV and they refuse to replace it or reimburse the loss My spouse and I have been long time customers of Park N Fly Plus for both business and leisure. We have both always paid extra for valet parking and we loved the rewards program. This has not been some grand scheme of mine to get Park N Fly Plus to give me a $65 wireless CarPlay adapter. They take no liability for their staff stealing your things from your car. read more

Okay for parking for business purposes I have used them several times. Would prefer parking that offers premium spaces (wider) so nobody scratches my whip! I don't like that the covered parking is tight and is barely covered! Need to improve the canopy. The Camp Creek shuttle is good but it takes a while as compared to the Park N Fly going to the other location. I have to wait about 10 minutes longer while two shuttles come for the other location. Gave them four stars for the price and cleanliness of the parking lot as well as the drivers. read more

Drivers were pretty decent. We had to wait for over an hour getting on the shuttle to get to the airport, as well as over an hour to get a shuttle leaving the airport. It was about a thirty minute wait between shuttles and security at the airport mentioned how awful this company had been recently. Good prices but not worth the wait. read more

Had one attendant yell at me because he didn't think I was pulling in correctly and then waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle at the airport when I got back. Driver got defensive and blamed traffic, but 4 other shuttles for a different company arrived while we waited. Clearly not enough shuttles/drovers. Never again. read more

Could not be more pleased with my experience. As soon as I arrived, I was directed to a spot. The spots were tight and the lot was almost at capacity, but that's to be expected on a busy travel weekend. The shuttle came right behind me-- I did not have to worry about the inconvenience of finding and waiting for the shuttle. Once getting on the shuttle, I was given a card with my row and parking spot number to give back to the driver on my return trip. After waiting for a few more customers, we took off for the airport. It was no more than a 5-minute drive. Upon returning, I easily found the pickup location and waited 5-10 minutes for a shuttle to arrive. I handed the driver the card, and he brought me right back to my spot. Scanned my QR code and I was all set! As an anxious traveler, I was very pleased with how prompt the service was. I especially liked being picked up directly at my car. It's always frustrating walking around the lot trying to figure out where to be picked up. It's so much easier this way. And for $9 a day, you really can't beat it. Already booked my reservation for Thanksgiving! read more

The valet service on the weekends is horrific -- again. We waited over 15 minutes for a bus and upon getting on, I was the first ticket called in upon boarding the bus at ATL and our car was not there (yet again) when we were dropped off -- yet a patron with no ticket and just his name got his car as did 1 other person on the bus. Upon sharing my displeasure as this had become the norm, one of the valet attendants told me not to complain and tell the company to hire more people and "complaining to those who were helping me was stupid" -- as 3 attendants were just standing there. When I indicated that was not how to endear a Platinum member, he walked away and said "good luck getting your car". Not to worry -- won't be parking there again. read more

I decided to use park b fly instead of paying for an Uber to the airport. Since the cost of an Uber back and forth was double what I paid for parking, this was worth it! Once I parked my car, I was able to call a shuttle using the app and they dropped me off at the airport. On the way back, I proceeded to the shuttles (note they are available on the north side) and was able to get one relatively quick since they have one on standby at all times. They dropped me off at my car and helped me with my luggage as well. Definitely recommend for your airport parking needs! read more

They lie by omission. They FAILED to inform us they DONT PICK UP AT THE INTERNATIONAL!!!!!!! We had many bags! We had to load onto a bus to take us to domestic. Then drag all our bags off to then have these asshats pick us up at Domestic - load them all again and then take them off. We wasted 90 minutes on this nonsense. FYPFP! I'll never used you again. They NEED to make SURE customers KNOW this rather than this nonsense!!!! read more

I use PNF many years because I know well the location and easy to get in and out. However; I am very unhappy with the shuttle pickup. They are not that many compare to other like Parking Spot or EcoPark. Furthermore; most of their driver are not courteous towards the customer. Their drivers are rude and careless. What a great experience we had recently with Park 'N Fly Plus. Leaving ATL we had Leslie as our driver. She was engaging and delightful. On the way back to the lot in ATL after our trip, the shuttle was there waiting, but full, so Lawrence called to check with the next driver on how close they were. Upon returning back from a long redeye flight, I encountered an issue with being able to scan my qrcode to exit the parking lot. I tried using the call button on the scanner to talk to the available attendant and got no answer back. I tried ringing the door bell at the attendant and still no answer. I then tried calling the office multiple times and still received no answer. After about 20 mins of frustration of trying to call and scan my qrcode on the different gate terminals, i reversed my car out of the exit lanes and walked to office to get the attendant. He was not in the office but was instead outside listening to music on his headphones. Once he saw me, he started making excuses about me not honking my car horn loud enough to get his attention, while he was listening to music with his headphones on. Customers are paying Park n Fly Plus for the reliability of ease of being able to self service but yet the machines at the gate are not working and the attendants are not even around to help. This is the first time I have experienced this unreliability with your company after many years of being a customer, and it will be the last time. I will no longer be using Park n Fly Plus services and I will be sharing this experience with others to let them know to use other parking vendors at the airport. read more

I've only used Park 'N Fly Plus Atlanta a few times, but I shall likely use another vendor in the future. On my previous attempt to use the reservation scan code at entry, the code scan would not work. I had to take a ticket. When leaving several days later, I had to provide reservation paperwork to convince the attendant that I had, in fact, paid for the spot - not a good experience. On my most recent visit two weeks ago, I did not make reservations (expecting the same problem as had occurred before). When I tried to leave the lot after several days, the ticket that the attendant had told me to place on my dashboard, could not be read by the scanner. I had to back out of traffic and again locate the attendant who processed the charge. Of course, using non-reserved parking happened to almost double the advertised cost of $8.00 per day. I don't want to go through that kind of scenario again. Clearly the scanning system is not reliable. There are better places to park in Atlanta. The one positive is the quality of the shuttle drivers. They have always been helpful and professional, and I have always tipped them accordingly. read more

I've been using Park n Fly for 12 years. I'm a weekly (almost) traveler but will be looking at a different lot. It's been taking much too long for pick up (watch multiple other busses pass while waiting. There's also been multiple mechanical issues with gates and car wash lately. And, not dropping or picking up at international is a complication. read more

The Costco in Brookhaven sells coupon booklets for the Park 'N Fly Atlanta Plus at a discount. I had a weeklong trip to Colorado coming up and I knew that I needed the most affordable parking I could find at the airport. Parking at the airport long-term gets very expensive quickly. Parking here was a breeze. As soon as I parked a shuttle was there to pick me up. The North Terminal was completely backed up so the driver dropped us all off at the South Terminal. Upon my return to the airport, I had to wait for about 15 minutes for a shuttle to come pick me up. I think that a shuttle had just left before I arrived because I was the only one waiting for awhile. I handed the shuttle driver my ticket and he dropped me back off directly at my car. The entire experience was enjoyable and I won't hesitate to use Park 'N Fly Plus for my future airport parking needs. read more

Park N Fly is good for domestic travel, however I do not recommend it for international travel. Here is why; We were picked up at park and fly and driven to domestic for drop off , as Park N Fly does not transport to the International terminal. Once dropped off, we had to take a walk, albeit short, to the ATL bus , which then drives you to the International terminal. Be prepared for this stint to take an additional 20 minutes or so. Additionally on our return to pick up our vehicle we were late, 50 minutes late. The posted hourly rate is $4.00 per hour. We were charged $8 extra, and the staff couldn't explain why I was billed $8 instead of $4. They said it must be because it was almost going into the 2nd hour. We were tired having flown all day. After a few minutes we just paid the $8. read more

We made a reservation online the receipt had a HUGE logo for Park'N Fly, so we went there- were told it was really for Park n fly plus- took 20 min to get out of that lot & over to the correct one-now we're a little irritated. Next we park and no bus comes (even though the bus just went down the next aisle) so we walk another 5 min in 90 degrees. Inside we tell them our experience so far, customer relations manager apologizes, we wait for another bus. Get back told we could use our reservation at Ezxit- it's broken and we needed 2 tickets to get out. read more

Normal airport parking. We got the self park covered. SUPER SMALL spaces. We have a sequoia and had to u load everything and everyone before pulling in. I could barely get the driver door open Enough to squeeze out. I had to back in to keep the passenger mirror out past the canopy pole in order to leave room for me to get out. read more

My go to for secure, efficient, offsite airport parking. Let's be real, we're talking about airport parking, how exciting could this get? I've used Park n Fly Plus a handful of times now for some convenient, affordable parking during travel. I was referred to them as they are a preferred vendor of my employer, so if booking for business travel they're the required option. I have continued to use them when I travel for leisure just because they're so darn efficient. Couple of options here- if you're fancy, they have valet, covered parking for about $25 a day. They offer oil change and car wash services (extra cost of course) while you're away on travel. The oil change piece I found particularly exciting because I am not a fan of sitting around some shop waiting for my oil change to be done. The one time I made a valet reservation to include an oil change and car wash. They washed my car, didn't bother changing the oil, talk about a disappointment when you upgraded to valet just to have the extra service done. I wasn't charged for the oil change I didn't receive, but they didn't even attempt to make the oversight correct when I brought it up. I will give them props on the job done for the carwash. Since then, I've still continued to use Park n Fly Plus for the self park uncovered parking (about $13 a day), because they pick you up and drop you off right in front of your car in their parking lot, and are a short distance from Hartsfield Jackson. They run several shuttles all day long, so there's never a long wait for a ride when you're trying to get back to your car. For late night flight returns (we all know how those delays go during summertime storms) just be ready to call them once you hit baggage as they dont run quite as many shuttles overnight. read more

Expect to wait at LN1 for pickup more than 5 minutes @75% of the time. They charge $4.95 to reserve online. Customer service is a joke, you call the 800 number and they refer you to the lot. DO NOT USE FOR INTERNATIONAL What a fiasco. If you look on their website, they now say that all passengers who want to be dropped / picked up from the international side of the airport must now use the more expensive valet parking option. The main advantage being sold as "ensuring the quickest possible service". What does the quickest possible service look like? On departure, my wife and I pulled into the valet area, told them we were going international, and were told that the shuttle only came every 15-20 minutes. We were the only ones there, at first; but after more than 20 minutes of waiting, there were enough people waiting to fill two shuttles, but they would only use one. We were one of the last to make it on to the shuttle. The others had to wait to see if they could get on to the next one. On return, we had been told to call or text the number on the valet ticket as soon as we had our luggage. I texted. Five minutes later, when I had not gotten a confirmation text, I phoned, chose the option for International pickup and entered my ticket number again, and was told by the automated system that shuttles come every 15 minutes, and one would be there shortly. 20 minutes after my initial text, with no confirmation, and no shuttle, I phoned the offices and explained the situation and asked when the shuttle will come. The woman said "First of all, there is no confirmation; second, the shuttles come every 15-25 minutes - not every 15." So, I said "Then why does the recording say every 15 minutes, and why do the signs in the bus say that I will get a confirmation text?" She replied "Are you done?", and then told me that I should be nice to her because its the dispatcher who gets the texts and calls. "Then ask the dispatcher when the bus is coming." I waited on hold, and then she came back to say it would be another 8 minutes, bringing the total to 30. 18 more minutes later (total = 40), the shuttle shows. The difference between 8 and 18 minutes may seem like it's just 10 minutes; but it's much more. If it were 8 minutes, then the shuttle would have already been on the way when we spoke. At 18, it hadn't even left yet. Then, the driver tells me that they wanted to send him back to domestic, but he volunteered to come to international, and that's the only reason we were picked up so soon. By the time we got out, it had been an hour total. While waiting, I counted four or five buses each from their competition and the airport parking buses were always there. Airport parking on International costs $14/day (for covered), less than PNF+ for their cheapest uncovered valet service. FastPark (on the International side, 3 minutes away, sending 5 buses while we waited) is $10.50/day, for covered. PreFlight (on the domestic side, sending 4 buses while we waited) is $14.75/day, $13.50/day pre-paid, for covered. In case you're wondering if this was an anomaly, rest assured, it wasn't. The last time I used them for International, I had the same experience and the same attitude from the employees. When I gave them a failing grade on their survey, I got a call from a concerned manager who have me a lot of "I'll look into it" B.S.. This is clearly their culture. Yesturday, the day before Thanksgiving I was returning to get my car and I had lost my ticket. The driver said she was more than happy to drive me around to find my car but I was so embarrassed that I had messed up again. I'm 65 and I feel like I'm messing up everything and I thanked her and said I would find it. I walked all the rows in the covered area, couldn't find my car and went to the office in defeat and tears. The kindness and love I received from everyone working in the office was so very touching to my soul. An incredibly nice young man, Tyler, offered to take my key fob and drive around and he would find my car and he kept saying" don't worry I will find it". He found it of course brought me to my car and treated me with so much love that I envied his grandmother he was so kind. I know this review is a bit long but I want you to know that not only is this the best run park and shuttle service it is staffed with good people. And in a world where customer service has all but disappeared, it is thriving in Park n Fly Plus. read more

Came in late Saturday night (3/12) and waited along with 50 other Park and Fly Plus customers in the freezing cold. There were only two buses running from Park and Fly Plus so we had to wait for an hour in the cold. The other parking services had five or six buses picking up while we waited for Park and Fly Plus, did I mention we were freezing. When we tried to pay with the automated pay system it was not working properly so that took 15 minutes with no attendant to help us. We have been using Park and Fly Plus for over 10 years but we will choose another company for our next trip. read more

Been parking there for past 12 years; over thepast two years the service has noticeably deteriorated. The pick-up on the North Side is a zoo; the last three flights I had to wait 10 to 15 minute for a van to show up while the other carriers had multiple vans come and go while I waited. The payment machines at the exits don't work- each time I had to back out and go to the window to pay. In contrast, the drivers consistently are friendly, professional, and helpful. read more

Update: After my initial review I was contacted by corporate representatives (Johnson & Torrence) who asked for more info and actually followed through on our communication. After emails and a phone call I now am convinced that those who are in charge value their customers and good customer service is their goal. The representatives were quick to apologize and look into the situation. I am satisfied with the response and apology. Because of this I gladly change my review from a one star to a five star. (Original post:) I waited 2 days after my experience here the day after Labor Day to cool off and give a fair assessment of my experience. Upon attempting to leave the lot I experienced a problem attempting to get out of the gate, after a while and cars stacking up behind me, I rung the bell for service at the window. The female attendant inside walked past the window glanced at me and didn't acknowledge me. After waiting a little longer then walking to the car immediately behind me to explain that there is an attendant but said attendant would not come to the window. When the attendant came to the window she had an attitude, didn't even attempt any customer service. Once the problem was resolved and she started to walk away I politely asked her for her name, she refused to give it to me and, since she was standing with her side to me, I could not see it. I cleared the gate and went to the employee parking lot and to the manager's office, no one there. I then asked a male valet attendant (Cedric) working out of the same office as the female at the window for a manager and was told that he would be back. While waiting I asked Cedric for the female in the office name and his response was which one? I only saw one. The supervisor (Muller) comes up in a golf cart, I explain why I am there, the attendant refusing to give me her name and her "Nasty" behavior. He says he will talk to her about it, by the time I walked back to my car and started to exit the lot Muller hadn't moved from the golf cart, he appeared to be watching me. I fly in and out of Hartsfield often and as long as everything is going smoothly there's no issue here but, if you require any assistance, service is slow or non-existent. I spend my money where I am shown courtesy and respect, this business will not be getting any more of it. read more

Customer service is not in their plan. I bought a voucher from Costco and was told I could redeem it at check out. There was no one available to accept the vouchers. My attempts to contact someone at Park and Fly Plus went on deaf ears. It appears they are not in flyers best interest. I had to return my vouchers to Costco to rectify the situation myself. read more
