Ron and his team were as advertised and over-delivered on my expectations. As previous home builders themselves, they were extremely knowledgeable and in-depth in their inspection. They were sensible when pointing out issues without being alarmist. The team of 3 walked me through the home and answered every questions I had - often times providing more context and understanding that helped save me a significant amount of time during due diligence.
