It is so hard these days to get quality work. Businessmen hire employees to do the work and they stay in their offices running their businesses. I get it, I do the same in NYC. We went with a dramatic marble (not everyone's choice) and love it. My only recommendation is .....don't hurry your choice of a quality countertop because you want to enjoy it for years and years. I will say too that the installation was nearly perfect. What wasn't perfect is that are new counters that the stone sat on had high end self closing glides and the stone installers would have helped me by putting plastic over the glides before the install because some debris got in the glides during counter install and they had to be cleaned out to work properly (a small thing but a thing). Prior to HPR, we had dealt with two other property managers in the area and we were continually disappointed -- overbilling, doors left unlocked, unresponsiveness, etc. HPR has truly been a godsend after these prior bad experiences. The husband and wife who run HPR are very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The wife, Helga, comes from a family of European real estate developers and has been in the property management business her whole life. They keep the house in perfect condition and I never worry about the house like I used to with our previous property managers - I know it is in good hands. HPR visits the house at least twice each week when it is unoccupied and they take care of all maintenance and upkeep immediately, which makes life so much easier for us. I also appreciate the fact that they only accept a limited number of homes at any given time in order to ensure that they can continue to provide all of their customers with the best service. I highly recommend HPR given my wonderful experience with this company.

When I found the cabinet store, New Box for my son kitchen, I knew we had come to the right place…read more They are in Vail, CO and Denver, CO so it made it so easy to run by their Vail showroom or when we were in Denver run by their showroom. They were so helpful every single time we needed them. I am a decorator and I am helping my son remodel their kitchen. Our biggest challenge in the home was the kitchen. With it being a smaller size kitchen our challenge was trying to get everything he wanted into the room without making it look crowded. To start the process, New Box drew us kitchen plans that help them be able to see the cabinets, all the kitchen equipment and created a space for a pantry. The way they drew the kitchen allowed us to see the flow of the space. Honestly both locations helped us with their cabinets, guidance on a color or style, marble verses manmade stone. When a company has only 5 star reviews, I wonder if the are real but this company deserves all the five stars reviews. We will add a photos to this review after stone counters, appliances, flooring and lighting are finished. New Box showed us multiple price options before we made a decision.
