I was referred to this store by a friend. When I first walked in, I wasn't sure where to begin looking for a specific item, and the size of the store felt a bit intimidating. We arrived there at 4:20. At 4:50 they turned off all the lights and suggested we complete our purchase. After we arrived home in New Mexico I notice 3 of our items were not in our bag. I called talked to the salesman that waited on us. He said you must have let it fall out of your car and not noticed. Keep in mind two of the items were metal dough cutters. I assured him that was not the case. He said well we will inventory those items if we have too many we will credit your card. Worse customer service!! No credit was applied. read more

Love this place! The prices on food storage containers are the best. Also the containers don't crack and the lids don't warp. Very sturdy even if stored in the garage. Glasses are also good quality and inexpensive. They have a lot of specials and also a huge clearance corner. Lots of food service machines both new and secondhand. Tons of cooking utensils and pots, pans, baking items. Amazing store! Great friendly staff! read more

We needed a place to get our taxes done last minute due to my husband's work schedule he was never…read moreoff in time. We had previously gone to another business and they messed our file up so we decided to go to professionals. I did a quick Google search for tax services in my area. Rose's popped up. Being in El paso I thought it said Roas's not Rose's like the actual flower. We had an appointment set for 6pm, I had called earlier that day to see if they had any openings for earlier since our kids would be in school we wouldn't have to bring them. They were booked solid but were very nice about it. We kept our appointment time at 6pm and bought our 15 month old. Apon walking in I was hesitant to bring in his stroller because i didn't know what the space was like, but after deciding to bring it We walked in the door to a lovely and spacious set up. We were greeted by the lovely receptionist (i did not catch her name) I was instructed to sign in and have a seat. We were informed about 2 mins later that our tax preparer was just about done and she would be with us soon. They had a t.v in the waiting area and 4 comfortable swivel black chairs. We watched some animal planet which my 15 month old loved. About about 7-10 mins we were seated with Beverly. She was a sweet woman and before she got to work she greeted us and our little man. After that she got straight to work. My son was a little fussy half way through and the only gentleman in there started distracting him for me while i looked for his food. Got a little flustered and everyone in there informed me that they have kids and the little crying didn't bother them. That instantly set me at ease. Found his banana and he was a happy camper. She did our taxes and in about 45 mins we were done. Everyone in there was absolutely amazing. We would definitely come back here vs H&R block next year. Thank-you.

For the FIRST TIME, I'm able to breathe a sigh of relief that my house is being properly cared for, inside and out. She's an incredible communicator, and couldn't be sweeter or more grateful for everything under the sun. It's scary to give her such a good review, because I never want anyone to take her from me , but she deserves it.
