The assistant chatted back and asked for my phone number to call since verbal sometimes works better with technical stuff. She called me from Edinburg, Scotland! She walked me through what I needed to do and I am thrilled. I also had dough questions, specifically how to properly defrost dough- comes in handy for when you come home and want pizza but did not make any dough...she emailed my instructions and a video. I told him that price gauging and he stood quiet.
