As previously noted by other contractors, this company DOES NOT PAY their contracted providers. I had worked for them for many years without problem until the last year. I am a in-State provider so that is not the issue. I have contacted them by phone, email and fax, with no response. I will be contacting employer groups who use them, the BBB, the Attorney General in the State of California, the local news investigators and and every other group I can think of. This is a disgrace. If any other providers who have not been paid are interested, I'll look into filing a class action suit against the company. read more

I strongly suggest you do not use this company. if they do not pay their service providers. that leaves me to think they are not responsible or professional, maybe not ethical in their work. I do not trust them and will not use their services. This company does not appear to pay their contractors who work from out of state - particularly their SAPS Substance Abuse Professionals. I did four jobs for them which were excellent and received much praise from them but not one dime. I think this is how they stay solvent as it is hard or near impossible to collect from out of state and I'll just bet they do this alot if not always. They are quick to charge the customer though. This company DOES NOT pay their Substance Abuse Professionals for the jobs they contracted them to do. You are right, they charge the client upfront and take advantage of them with their costs. When you call the company they laugh at you and will make the statement they don't pay usually and too bad!! Hailey and John will start mocking the clients name to you and be extremely unprofessional. Supervisors Shaunta and Derek will state to speak with billing but you soon realize there is no billing department as it is the owners vmail. It is a scam. There are other companies to use they are very good, and actually the company experiencing the violation can contact the SAP directly!! SAPS need to find away to shut this SCAMMER down!!! read more

I was a SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) for this company for over ten years. They stopped paying their providers in January of this year and owe me over $1000. They have collected full fees form their clients, though. I would caution potential clients against using them and you should consider a less expensiive local provider. OMG!!! No return phone calls, fax #'s are non-working numbers. I am a SAP out of Pensacola, FL. I was contracted by this organization to provide SAP evaluations, recommendations and follow-up. National has not paid my invoices for the past 10 months. They seem to have gone out of business in the middle of my providing an evaluation.I have recently learned that the business is operated under a non- profit corporation controlled by Robert and Katheryn Bruner. It reported that they collectively received salaries over $325,000 for 2015.The non-profit phone number (909) 307-3240 and the (800) 879-6428 numbers are not answered. This is my first review for anything. I too am a SAP in Tucson, AZ . I have not been paid for my services dating back to July 2016. I have emailed, called and get no response. I will be telling other SAPs to avoid this Network as well. Derek, Ron and the rest of the company need to pay all of us. I wonder how many other people have not been paid?? read more
