I've never heard of donation discrimination, especially when it comes to organizations like this. My largest grievance is the representatives don't have the decency to explain honestly what the reason is. Their excuses: 1) we don't have the CAPACITY 2) we are not taking USED items. Well, if you don't have the capacity, then there is no real need for this business in the area, and if you're only taking used items, then their clients are either very picky or they don't believe items are cleaned prior to donating. Yelper, if you are one that has a desire to help those abused and put out of their homes, I suggest to donate your mildly loved and barely used items elsewhere.

I haven't found them, legal aid does NOT go with you to court anymore ... they will only help you file paperwork for a divorce, but it has to be simple, the 15 min speak with a lawyer is absolutely nothing, they say if you pay 35$ you can get a lawyer, wrong! You pay to get a referral to a lawyer, and no, that lawyer is not free. With all the donations this shelter gets, you would think they would have better resources to help the victims, and survivors of domestic violence abuse. So hey, just keep building those pretty buildings... This is my opinion, my personal experience with this company, that I wanted to share with you. Stay safe out there, always remember you are beautiful, you are smart, and you are loved!

In my experience, there was a noticeable culture of favoritism, and it often felt as though families who were not part of the preferred group were treated differently. That is not the standard of professionalism or inclusivity any parent should expect from a childcare program. What ultimately led us to leave was a serious lapse in basic care. My toddler came home wearing a diaper so oversized that it had leaked through his clothing. For a facility entrusted with the well-being of young children, this level of inattentiveness is unacceptable. The most frustrating part is that this program has potential, but potential means very little when leadership fails to address ongoing concerns and staff fail to provide consistent, quality care. Parents place a tremendous amount of trust in childcare providers, and unfortunately, this program did not earn or keep ours. We withdrew our child immediately and have never regretted that decision.

Desert Arc took over landscaping in this community in October of 2024. We emailed Management Trust (our HOA) 3 separate times with photos regarding a continuing leak in the landscape. Once on 11/5/2024, then again on 11/15/2024 and then on 12/10/2024. These latest photos were taken on 1/3/2025 showing the continuing issue. We'll see if this review can finally get this irrigation leak resolved. Todd R.

Our community in the high desert used Desert Arc from 12/2021 to 10/2023 at $2,000.00 per month for landscape maintenance when we finally had no choice but to terminate their services. Not only did Desert Arc not live up to their service agreement, the HoA board members had to constantly babysit the crew on their twice a week service plus hold 2 on site meetings with their administrative team to discuss the unacceptable service. If you have $100s of thousands of dollars in landscaping DO NOT USE DESERT ARC!!! If you have an eye for detail and take pride in your own landscaping no matter the size I would suggest contracting elsewhere. I don't want to post all the photos and I am posting a portion of an email from their Director of Business Services & Facilities to validate my honest review. Please see a portion of her email below. In response to the work that had not been completed per our contract I would like to offer the following items at no charge. Complete trimming of all Palo Verde trees by RV parking Replace three valves provided in a quote for $750 Complete trimming of all Mesquite trees by the water retention basin Include ongoing service of the RV parking in the existing contract Additional irrigation repairs TBD after irrigation inspection Please let me know if this is acceptable. Again, I am really sorry these items had to be addressed. This is not the way we expect our staff to perform. I will be addressing the quality of your property at length with all staff so it does not occur again. There you have it, admission of a broken service contract by the Director of Business Services & Facilities, Desert Arc. If you need simple services such as documents shredded, raking you property, trimming a few bushes or even janitorial services, perhaps Desert Arc would be a good fit but NOT landscape maintenance.
