After going over all the many features and letting my husband drive it around the parking lot, we felt confident in making the purchase. Mike also made it very clear we could reach out to him if we had any questions or issues with the tractor. It is usually a long drawn out process any time you buy a large piece of equipment, but Mike got it done in a reasonable amount of time. I found him short tempered, agravating & unwilling to answer my questions with apparent know it all-you are a stupid customer, huge jerk attitude.
