Shopping online with this store sucks. They will show you they have ample items in stock, but after you order and pay online they switch up saying they won't have the item for 2-3 days. So basically you are stuck waiting for days for an item that you intended on getting for a project in play. The people who inventory need to step up on their job and update their stock so people don't get stifled. read more

They will not honor marked prices for items they have stocked in the wrong place. This includes if there are multiple of the same item stocked on the same shelf. read more

Juan at customer Service, and David in the Garden Center spent a good portion of their morning sorting out and moving several large water troughs for me to find the right ones to take home. I won't be going back to this Home Depot. My husband and I went in to buy new appliances for our home and waited for almost 25 minutes for someone to assist us. Three different employees walked past us and turned their heads searching for other customers. We walked out and went to Lowe's where we bought our appliances immediately. We thought about finding a manager but didn't bother. Lowe's will get our business from now on! read more

I really liked Home Depot in Temple Tx but this one in Longview Tx is different they were rude when picking up 5 gallons of stain that I had to order and being disabled I needed some help getting it to the car and was told to get a cart (very rudely) will go elsewhere for my building supplies in the future. read more

I am underwhelmed by the response of the mill work desk at the Home Depot in Longview. They refused to answer the phone for over 30 minutes after I was transferred there 8 times, but the manager said that there was 2 of them sitting there doing nothing when she went back to make them answer the phone. When they finally did, they copped an attitude, and said that they would have to send someone "to measure". I told them it was already measured, I knew the door just deliver and install, no they have to measure she said, it could be up to a week for the measurements then they would "eventually" schedule the installation. I told her my glass door was broken and I needed it asap.... She said "that doesn't matter, they come when they come". DONT TRY TO DO ANYTHING AT THE MILL DESK AT HOME DEPOT IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT SOMETHING DONE!! read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Home Depot, I was transferred six different times and waited on the phone for over 15 minutes and before someone came on to tell me they couldn't give me a price on fencing for 2-3 weeks because their contractor had quit. With customer service like this I can see why he didn't want to work with this Home Depot. Furthermore my wife had gone by to talk to someone the day before and couldn't get an answer or help from anyone regarding this matter and she had waited on the phone for 30 minutes before she finally decided to drive there and attempt to get a quote. read more

This store is poorly run and completely disorganized. . Employees more concerned with their cell phone than asking if you need help. Can't find anything you need and the layout feels and looks like a garage sale. Ordered a new dishwasher was to have it installed- paid the delivery fee and install fee. Delivery guys showed up in a rented UHaul truck, took one look at our kitchen (newly remodeled) and said " we can't install " and left the dishwasher in our garage. Guys looked they were picked up off the street and on drugs. Said we would get a refund on the install and delivery fee. Had to call numerous times to get that accomplished. We will give our future business to Lowe's. read more

Wow....this place really is do it yourself. Noone knows how to use the computers to find order information or to make special orders. Be prepared to "do it yourself" here because no one will know how to help you. They can point you in the direction of what you need but don't ask for much more than that....the best thing about this place is the paint quality; if they have anyone working to mix the colors you need. Staff here really needs more instruction on their job and how to use the computer system. Hire more staff.....and make sure they know at least a little bit about what's in their department! We will no longer be doing business here! read more

I've always loved Home Depot over Lowe's. But not this store! 1. It is very hard to find anyone there. 2. If you see salespeople, no one greets you or asks if they can help. They actually try not to look you in the eye. 3. Even if you find someone to help, it is usually not their dept. and they don't know when the people who work in that dept. will be in (for us it was windows one time and appliances the other). and lastly, 4. if you find someone in the dept. you need help in, the majority of the time they will seem bored and not really interested in helping you. We felt many times that we, the buying customer, were a burden or nuisance to the employees. Save yourself some time and trouble and just go to Lowe's instead. read more
