I placed an order for 2 pain relief otc meds on 02/01/23 and have yet to receive an email confirmation or order as of 2/15/23. When I called I got a canned response of transportation delays in part due to bad weather. I never had a problem with Wal-Mart when they were are service provider. I've been trying to use this app all year what a joke. The first time I takes to a customerservice rep for nations was even funnier. I tried explaining that you couldn't get Aetna's Dual Medicaid and Medicare plan and you have to have a disability to obtain it. So the ones that have to use online shopping won't be able to use Nations Credit card so Aetna gets to keep more money by switching. I've tried ordering on their Portal app one went through and they can't find the other order. I tried calling customer service with Nations she stated they were having trouble with the app. I told her I went over to Aetna.NationsBenefits.com and she hung up on me. For $45.00, you can get $12.50 worth of second-rate fruit. 6 tiny apples, two tiny oranges, two bruised pears, and 3 kiwis. This review is for the online ordering process of OTC products only (not the use of the card in store for groceries as that has been working well). It takes over two weeks to get your online order, so if you need your OTC products in a hurry, do not order online. When you call to ask about the delay the customer service folks are very nice so I do not blame them, it is the packing and preparing the order that takes much longer than I think it should. I ordered online February 1, 2023, called on the 9th to check on the order. I was told it would arrive by the 13th. It did not arrive so I called again today (the 16th) and I was given a FED EX tracking # and told it should arrive today. When I checked the FED EX tracking number, I saw that the package did not even arrive at FED EX for shipping till February 15th, which means it took over two weeks to package a 5 item order. The same thing happened in an order I made early in January. With that order, when I called ten days later, the customer service person told me they had a record of the order but for some reason it was not processed. The CS person put the order through and I got that one 4 days later. As I said, the Customer Service folks are very kind and helpful when you call, but I think this company needs to get their orders packaged and sent more quickly. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 only because the CS people are kind. read more

I ordered a B-Complex supplement SPECIFICALLY for the B-12. I looked at the label displayed, confirmed what I wanted was included, and ordered. I didn't use the vitamins for about a month after the vitamins arrived, just now sat down to start using, read the label and there IS NO B-12 listed on the included vitamins. PLUS, what I received didn't match the picture in the .pdf catalog. Completely different product than what I had ordered. PLUS, the prices are structured such that, at least as far as supplements are concerned, you either can't spend up to your loaded amount, OR, you have to send in extra cash OVER the amount on the card. I've read reviews about not receiving shipments - well, I received mine and it wasn't at all what I ordered. I don't generally buy things or use cards just because they are free. This third party supplemental health vendor is has been elected by aetna and other insurance companies as a "new" extra benefits provider for otc and food monies. This company has not answered it's phone for over 2 weeks, and supposedly are available to the phone 24/7. I have tried 15 times over the 24 hour period. The monies on this benefits card must be used within a measured period of time or it is forfeited. After reading all the reviews and complaints about this company, I cannot believe they are still not answering the phone even this morning. I will be escalating this and must involve my health insurance company because, after all, they are the ones that chose this company to divvy out benefits for them. I have never had trouble in the past using my health benefits card until this third party vendor. Note: I have contacted the Florida Insurance Commissioner and filed a BBB complaint. Without the ability to speak to anyone at this provider's offices, my health assistance is being held hostage.
