My appointment was in March, and toward the end of July, I got a cryptic text message saying I have a past-due invoice. The company's name shows as American Vision Partners (not the name that I am familiar with). I called SW Eye Center in Nogales and found that I do have a past-due amount. I asked why they haven't sent me an invoice, and they said that an invoice went out on the last day of July. Basically, they are giving me a hard time without following the proper way of doing business. They are a good company, they are terrible at communicating and invoicing. It's not worth my time or aggravation to have to deal with this. Next time, I go elsewhere.
