I would not recommend this dental place to anyone after they made a mistake the workers in the office started looking at us and treating us disrespectfully they were the ones that made a mistake and we somehow were the ones that were being mistreated. My sister was up next to be seen and they took another patient in before her just to be more disrespectful and make a point. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL PLACE. Horrible service. There is a lot more places that don't charge so much further down and that treat you with respect and dignity.

On my first visit They did a complete inspection with a full compliment of X rays, Digital pictures, and wax impressions of my upper and lower teeth. I also got a full deep clean by the actual dentist! I paid $75.00!!! Is that something to complain about? During my very first visit Dr. Espinoza introduced himself to me and thanked me for giving them a chance. I have been blessed to have Dr. Camargo as my dentist. I could not ask for a better dentist and there is not enough room here to sing her praises. The office staff? Not only are they adorable but they already know my name! Honestly though, if I had to compare the dental treatment that I have received in the states vs. what I have received at Dental Periogroup, I would have to give the nod to Dental Periogroup. I was directed by the new owner of the gas station/market to a sign on the door that said "text your bday to transfer your prescription either to Walgreens or Walmart. I requested Walmart, called next morning and was told that because I had a controlled substance, only my doctor could call the prescription in and the pharmacist should have known that. Luckily, I was not out of my meds and on Monday, I called my doctor to request they move my prescription to a new pharmacy. The Rio Rico pharmacy was not answering calls, so I had to call my doctor again and explain what had happened. I finally got my prescription filled, but am extremely unhappy with Rio Rico Pharmacy, due to their lack of communication. Will never fill a script here again. See email below From Dental Laser: Hello Angie, I spoke with the doctors involved in your treatments, Dr Angelica told me that the responsible for the authorization form for your surgery will be Dr Sanchez; he wants to see you in order to fill out the form, we can move your appointment with him on 5/22 from 10 to 9:30 so he can have more time Ivan S. Dental Laser Nogales, Customer Care Specialist On May 22nd Dr Sanchez was unwilling to complete this form telling me that this can only be done by a specialist. I spoke to the office manager Jose and he told me all specialists were busy. Dr Sanchez agreed that I have no infections but wasn't comfortable checking the "no" box on the form. (!!??) Dental Laser is not confident enough to stand by their dental evaluations. I would not had make a trip to Nogales from Tucson if Dental Laser was honest when I asked about having this form completed. Dental Laser should have just stated we cannot complete the form instead of leading me on. Now I had to spend $100 to see another dentist in Tucson and take time off work. During this visit the Tucson dentist found a cavity (which Dental Laser MISSED) so total cost $400. Dental laser should pay this amount but I know that Dental Laser DOES NOT DO THE RIGHT THING. Dental Laser, pretty on the outside, decayed on the inside.
