We go to the Laveen location all the time and we always end up waiting, but we get good service, for the most part and that's what keeps us coming back. However, tonight's food was completely unacceptable! I ordered strippers and they were over cooked and very dry. I also ordered the cookie desserts with the ice cream, and the cookies were burnt. I understand that times are crazy lately, but we patiently waited almost an hour for our online order to be done and the results were disappointing. It's so close to my house and the atmosphere is good for dinner but that's about it. I like to get appetizers before the meal. Every time without fail, it takes 20 minutes to get the appetizers and then the food comes out two minutes later. So, do I want to eat my dinner hot or the appetizers? What do I let get cold? We've brought this to the attention of the managers every time and they usually take the apps off the check. Great for some people but I'd rather just have a normal dining experience. Wow! The reviews on this place are bad and I have to add mine to the list. This place is so pathetic the management has given up responding to the bad reviews back in June! Arrived at lunch on Saturday and the place was pretty dead. As another pointed out, no one at the hostess stand. Stood there with our party of 6 for 5 minutes and then decided to seat ourselves. 'Lady D' was our waitress. Nice enough person but being a server/waitress is NOT in her calling...she needs to find something else to do. Lady D was not busy but she would disappear for periods of 10-20 minutes continuously. Not just for helping us, I mean DISAPPEAR. Here's the best though: I ordered a 'California Cluck' which is a grilled chicken sandwich but I did not want the Avacado and the tomato so I said "just lettuce, bacon, and mayo on the sandwich". Lady D came out about 20 minutes later to confirm that I wanted lettuce, bacon, and mayo only and I said "yes, that's correct". My sandwich came out and guess what? Between the two stale and hard ciabatta bread halves were lettuce, bacon, and mayo...that's it. NO CHICKEN. I pointed out to Lady D that we seemed to be missing a key component of a grilled chicken sandwich...the chicken. She said, "I thought that was all you wanted." They appear to be short staffed at the front of the restaurant. There's hardly ever anyone at the front to greet or meet you. When they do appear they make no apologies for their absence. However this Thursday, i had made a to go order with a young lady with red hair, and, she had been so patient with me. Now i am about 62 years of age, and struggle with hearing often, however she had made me feel so accepted and really took her time with me when i ordered my chicken and waffle wings. Moved to this area a few days ago and decided to have dinner since we are not officially settled in... Walked in and it was beyond packed but the nba finals are on so it's expected. The hostess tells us if there was available seating at the bar, we could sit down so we go to the bar side and there is one table available but we see a gentlemen that looks like he is waiting, so my son and I stand by the table as my husband walks over to ask him if he was waiting for it. While that is happening the waitress is walking over to wipe the table off, she wipes off one chair and then proceeds to the gentlemen that my husband is talking to saying the table is ready... The gentlemen then tells her that he told my husband that we could have the table because there are 4 chairs at that table and they needed 6. The waitress then walks back to the table throws the menu down and walks away. About 10 mins go by and she return saying, "what do you guys want" I then asked her if she can wipe the table off and she literally yells "I just did!" I informed her that I watched her just wipe off one chair trying to get the table to the gentlemen before we could sit down. She smacks her lips then says "OMG" as she storms off to go grab the towel. She purposely goes over and over the table making it super wet just because I asked her to wipe it off. There was soda marks on it for crying out loud. During this covid time, I don't think it's a crime to ask for the table to be wiped down. Now, I thought maybe she's really overwhelmed because this location seems really fast paced and this woman has the be in her 60's and I'm not that type of person to assume given a judgement but I watched her as she walked to all of her tables seemingly happy as she "raises the roof" dancing and exchanging laughs and jokes. I was so confused as to what the issue was. I asked another waiter who was so nice and courteous what her name was and he said "Miss Beth"... well "Miss Beth" ruined this entire experience for my family and I as we just could seem to snap out of the bad energy she dealt. We had the worst experience last night. After waiting 30 minutes just to be seated (the restaurant was not full and there was room), we waited almost an hour to receive our food. When we received our food, every order was wrong in some way, and the wings were over cooked. Mind you we had little ones with us so waiting an hour for food isn't ideal. Then they tried to "fix" their mistakes by bringing out extra sauces and more over cooked wings. We saw other parties order after us who received food that looked fine. After being there for almost two hours, the manager only offered to comp the wings when he should have covered the whole meal after the terrible service. People in our party kept getting charged for other's items which prolonged us being there since we had to wait for the receipts to be fixed. Placed an order to go and when we called the person on the other side asked if we could hold, which we did but after about 10 mins on hold we hung up and called back. So I sit down wait there and she comes back within 5 mins and hands me my order and says I am all set I see now that I have the right amount of containers for the wings so I didn't think I had to check again. Well, when I got home and go to sit and open I see that all they did was re-fry the wings I already had and then the new wings were the only all flats! Alright at this point I am like it's whatever and go to eat the wings and lo and behold the wings that were refried didn't have any of the seasoning on them and tasted plain. We called to complain and the same lady answers and again says we never asked for all flats but besides the point she asks if we want to speak to the manager. We say yes and after being on hold for about another 5 mins she comes back and says that one isn't available right now and they will refund the amount back. We say alright and hang up. Fast forward to next day and didn't get a refund so we call back to ask to speak to manager and this time we get the owner John and he says that they won't refund back since nothing was wrong with the salad and said we can come and get 20 wings whenever. Ok I wouldn't have any issue with this if that is what we were told the night prior and not told we would be fully refunded! I have no clue when I will be back so I hope they have that note forever in the back for free order of 20 wings for me! Ridiculous the customer service that was received at this establishment I was going to call cooperate but figured that would probably do nothing either! The GM literally stepped on it and didn't even bother to clean it up instead he told one of the host to clean it and when this poor kid cleaned it and left the floor a little wet the GM yelled at him and said you don't fucking leave that shit wet like that and made him get on his knees and dry the floor with rags. I believe this place has some racist employees and I will write down why I think this is true. On 8/31/19 I came down from San Diego to visit friends. I was with my friend Robert (white) and he suggested Native Grill for some good wings and cold beer, so I was down for it. The first thing we did when we entered the establishment was use the restroom, one of the urinals was covered in vomit and the stall door would not close. We notified one the servers and they said they would take a look at, thank you for reporting it. Sat at the booth and out waitress Shantel (shes black), brought us drinks pretty fast but seem annoyed that she had to serve us, even my friend noticed this behavior (i'm Hispanic) so he thought maybe that was the reason our waitresses seem uneasy about serving us. We ordered food for 4 of us, and I immediately started a timer, just to track how long it took to get food to our table. Mind you, the restaurant was not busy at all, there were 2 tables occupied on our side, and maybe 3 tables in the back which i'm assuming had different servers. The table behind us, got there after we did, and they got their food and ate before we even got our food. At minute 37 we still had not had one refill although we had already finished our waters and I had drank half of my beer, so my friend set his glass at the table edge to "hint" we were out of water and in a few minutes waitress passed and took the cup for refills, without even asking what type of drinks or if I needed another beer. At that time I asked her what was up with our food which she said she would check on it as she was almost out of my sight sight. 15 minutes later (52Total minutes later) out food comes out, it was hot which led me to believe that our order was forgotten and never put in, only when we asked where is our food, they started cooking it. So i asked the waitress if there was a manager on duty, and she said she would call her. To my surprise, when I started telling the issues about the food to the shift manager (Crystal) was the name of the manager, Instead of being apologetic, asking how to make it right, she started questioning me, asking if I knew that there are other orders ahead, and they're short on people, and etc. I stopped it on her tracks and told her I was aware of what costumer service looks like and she and waitress had none. The table next to us was also upset of the way this manager handled the situation, and actually wanted me to send the report straight to corporate, which I considered. We ate the food, manager gave us 11 dollar discount for our troubles. Food was good, but costumer service will kill this place....good luck, and me and my friends, will never set foot on this place again, and will continue to tell our story to anyone who asks. read more

Been here a dozen times, but our friends that lived across the street from it just moved so probably won't go back as frequently. The wings are great, the food is generally good. I have never had a bad food experience here. The service depends. In the dining room, which I rarely use, the service has been pretty good. In the bar, which is usually where I am sitting, the service is almost always slow. But as I have said in other reviews, the beer is cold and I have always had a good time here, so that counts for something. Also, when I say slow service, at least they routinely check on you at that place. It's not like at Gallaghers on Baseline where they just never even bother to talk to you or stop back by your table after the first interaction. Cold, affordable beer + a good time + decent food + slow service = 4 stars in my book. read more

The only thing I hate is the long wait every time but today I decided to leave a review because I used their restroom for the first time & omg it was the cleanest I've seen in awhile.
