    Chicken Critter Salad
    Britt M.

Very Disappointing Experience -- Will Not Return My family and I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Outback location. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. The ladies at the front barely greeted us and had very poor attitudes. Once seated, our server, Caydence , seemed irritated that she had to help us at all. Her tone was cold and dismissive. When she brought the drinks, she handed one to my mother, and when my mom asked which drink it was, Caydence rudely responded, "The one you ordered." After I addressed her tone, things only went downhill from there. When our food arrived, nearly everything was wrong. My daughter's kids' meal was terrible -- the mini sliders were extremely stale and hard, to the point where you couldn't even break the bun. The meat was burnt and old. The chicken critters were overly cooked and tough, and the fries were soggy. To make matters worse, my salad had hair in it. We spoke to the manager, Maria, and explained the situation, showing her the kids' meal. We told her we were fine keeping the sides and just asked for the sliders to be replaced with two chicken critters, which she agreed to. Later, she returned with chicken critters and fries -- which we specifically said we didn't need. After paying, I noticed something else that was wrong: we were charged for a regular meal instead of a kids' meal, even though the waitress had told us several items were taken off because of the mistakes. When I brought this to Maria's attention, she had an attitude and brushed it off by saying, "It's only a two-dollar difference." That's not the point -- if a meal is messed up, you shouldn't be charging for more than what was ordered in the first place. Overall, the service was rude, the food quality was poor, and the atmosphere felt dirty and rushed -- cafeteria-style cups, messy service, and no sense of care for customers. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location and will not be returning. Crazy thing is we still gave a great tip even tho she gave us poor service! The quality of the food was off for us ! The service worst !!!

Happy time at Texas Roadhouse, first time at this location. Friday night for early dinner. Seated quickly. Very good service. Ordered the 14 ounce boneless ribeye with loaded baked potato and house salad. Perfectly cooked, all good here.

We always enjoy our meals at Texas Roadhouse and this was no exception. Usually there's a wait, but we lucked out today and got seated right away. We had a freebie appetizer due to being a rewards member, so we used it for the fried onion one...yum! I got a smothered chicken meal with a salad and broccoli as sides. My husband got a pork chop meal. The meats were tender and delicious. The salads had quite a few ingredients, but were still a bit blah. The service was quick and efficient and tables were cleaned quickly. It is a busy place, but the workers are efficient and food came out quickly. The bathrooms were fairly small and not the cleanest. A restaurant that size needs a few more stalls for their customers.

Where do I begin .... There was a girl and she fell in love with Texas Roadhouse ... yes, I'm that girl! My experience was spectacular & now I see what everyone was talking about! I was in AZ visiting a friend and this was one of the places I wanted to go & I am SO glad I did! Let me start with my love the country style decor Shinji was our server and he delivered the best customer service I've ever had in my life! He was so knowledgeable on the menu and the history of this Texas Roadhouse. This kind of service followed by bottomless fresh bread ... I thought it can't get any better than this ... but it got better and I'm glad it did! My dinner was delicious and I'm still on cloud 9. If you haven't already, go check them out & if you have already ... hurry up and go back! 1000/10

Pretty good service. Got checked in with a lot. Food was okay. Sirloin was how I ordered, but dry. Best part was the free bread - super soft &fluffy. Plus, the butter that comes with it is divine.

Fast and friendly service when I was in a rush to get to a concert nearby. Thank you to my waitress for getting us in and out!

The food here hands down is amazing!!! Reminds me of a chilis or outback but better!!! The complimentary bread they give you with the dip, omg!! It's to die for. The service was amazing, but it was a little busy when we ate in so it took a while. The place was a little loud, but You could still have a conversation at your table. There was a bunch of birthdays being celebrated that night. It's cool how they sing to you, you get to sit on a horse saddle.

I checked us in for our reservation and the hostess welcomed us in, then promptly took us to the table that had been beautifully prepared for our dining experience. She asked if the lighting was too dim, but it was perfect. Every staff member was dressed neatly and welcomed us as we walked by. No staff members were running around frantically, and I could tell they are staffed amazingly well. So organized and kind, genuinely smiling at us. I could tell that anyone would be willing to help us, if we needed them! Our waiter, Daniel, came over and again, welcomed us. He let us know the specials of the night and how dinner will be served. Let us know not to touch the 500 degree plates when they arrived. He took out drink orders and answered any question we had. He promptly came back with drinks and fresh, hot rolls!! Daniel took our dinner orders. We all sat and visited while waiting, enjoying our drinks and the hot rolls. Dinner was served on, as promised, hot plates!! Then, they served each of us the crème brûlée corn. All of us that ordered meat, asked for medium rare and we were not disappointed!! Our meats were spot on!!! Perfection!!! The petite filet mignon were very juicy and delicious, as was the New York strip. The Crispy Hasselback Potatoes were so good, especially with the topping. The Crispy Shrimp Deviled Eggs were so good!!! I feel like our meals were simple yet divine!! After we enjoyed dinner, we were served the Ultimate Warm Vanilla Caramel Cake, on the house!! What a nice touch!! So yummy and it felt guilty eating such a fabulous dessert!! We all shared it! All in all, I wish I could give 10/10 stars!! Such a wonderful dinner experience!! I wanted a sweet, fruity cocktail for which she recommended the raspberry baray (raspberry infused vodka, bianco vermouth, crème de flora, passionfruit cava, pineapple, lemon, tonka bean). We also got an order of the truffled manchego fries with lemon aioli to share. It was so crispy and flavorful! Last but not least, I ordered the 16oz Ribeye served with whipped parmesan potatoes, roasted baby carrots. WOW! The steak's texture and flavor was out of this world. Dominique told us it's dry-aged!! Truly artisan crafts happening in the scratch kitchen. HIGHLY recommend Wren & Wolf to all Phoenix foodies and traveling foodies, as they offer a quality experience (food, service, ambiance) truly justified by the price point. Only downside is that…read morefor some reason Apple maps was not accurate to finding the location and parking was a challenge as it is right on Roosevelt Row. However as soon as I found it and immediately after entering Pretty Penny I was transformed to the cutest little restaurant. I was greeted immediately and had made a reservation so even though my friend hadn't arrived yet, they sat me down. They instantly offered water and menus (food and cocktail). I noticed that the menu seemed very small and the dishes were shareable -- I don't eat meat so I was hoping my friend wouldn't mind sticking with fish and seafood (which she didn't). As soon as I got to my table there was the cutest sign that said welcome to Sarah Sherman and guest -- it was such an adorable and personal touch, I loved that! As soon as my friend got there we immediately both ordered the cold brew old fashioned -- we thought about the espresso martini but this just sounded too good to pass up -- and we were not disappointed! This drink was so tasty and strong. We immediately ordered the bread (sourdough boule) to soak up some of the alcohol as well as some oysters and the salsa. The oysters were so well spiced and were absolutely delicious. But the bread, the bread, the bread -- the server mentioned that it took almost 9 months to develop the bread recipe and it served. It was the best bread and butter that I think I have ever had! The salsa was good but probably was my least favorite of everything and it was still super yummy. We then moved on to the octopus tostadas. Sometimes octopus is not my fav -- it can be too chewy but this was so amazing and incredibly flavorful. It was starting to be my favorite dish until we ordered the Hamachi -- OMG!! Talk about a mouth orgasm-- both my friend and I were yummming it up -- but seriously this bite was so complex with different flavors coming up with every chew -- it has coriander candied peanuts, fermented pineapple, avocado, pickled fresno, toasted coconut and aji amarillo yogurt -- The server mentioned that this was the chef's least favorite dish which I totally do not understand because this was off the charts in my book. We also tried the earl gray whiskey sour, which was light and delicious, and ended with the shrimp toast and the espresso martini. By the way the toast on the shrimp toast was like a little fried dough triangle -- sooooo gooood! The martini was good but the cold brew old fashioned really stole the spotlight for me. Other details I loved that just elevated the experience: Purse hook (very important to me), the little trays for your utensils, metal coasters, incredibly attentive servers, fantastic music, great ambiance and the cutest was the penny they put on top of your check. So cute -- was not expecting such an enjoyable all around experience!! Will be back 1000%!!!

To start, the menu is a bit puzzling. It's kind of like a handful of Asian-inspired dishes, a handful of Mexican/South American, and a handful of French or New American. But there's not enough of each to chart a course through one type of cuisine. So, basically you're gonna have a cultural melange meal. Hamachi crudo was really good and fairly unique. The halibut was excellently prepared but not particularly innovative in any way I could tell. Zucchini had goat cheese, which wasn't immediately clear from the description, so I didn't enjoy the rude surprise I got when I took my first bite, and didn't eat anymore, as I really despise the stuff. So that was a waste. Not a dig on the dish, just a personal thing I wish I had more notice of. There were other issues though. The wine list was exceptionally small, They were out of the bread, which is supposedly a must-try. And then we were going to get the steak but the folks next to us advised against it, showing their cut that had zero fat. They said it was leather. On that point, the tables are SUPER CLOSE. Like, a couple inches apart. You hear everything and almost can't avoid getting entwined into others' conversation. We liked the people we were next to, but be aware that it's an unintentionally awkward communal experience that's not well-suited to a date night. The service was pretty good, they put out a nice printed greeting with the reservation name, and give you a sparkling wine toast. But considering the price and overall experience we had, I'd pass and not come back.
