They usually have an assortment of beef jerky, catfish wraps, stuffed banana leafs, noodle salads, spring rolls and a few other items prepared for those that want to grab a bite and don't have the time to wait for a carryout order. The quality of the food is on par with many of the other places along University Avenue, and while the flavors of their cuisine do little to differentiate themselves, they do get extra points in my book for quick and very friendly service. The restaurant itself is fairly sterile given the strip mall location, but it's very clean and relatively modern. The gentleman that has been running the front of the house each time I have been there has been very friendly and hospitable. Prices are very affordable, especially considering portion sizes, which are ridiculously big and can easily be split among two people. They accept all major credit cards and are currently only open from 10 AM to 7 PM during weekdays (catering only on the weekends).

I settled on a Chicken Jerk Tostada with added spice. YUM. Each tostada ($10) comes in a little paper serving tray with a side of Mexican rice, which is great - an extra side of rice will run you $3. I asked for a bunch of forks and split this tostada with two other people. One of us couldn't handle the spice but the other two of us LOVED it. I wish I could have had a whole bottle of the spicy sauce to take back with me to the table - once you've eaten the top layer it's not as spicy, unless you've mixed it up. I'd ask for a little extra sauce if you like it hot hot hot. I totally forgot to take a picture of the dish once I got it (rookie mistake) but it was beautifully colorful and looked amazing. I will definitely order from the truck if I see them again!
