You asked a individual with a Federal Service Dog to move the animal or leave the store. You clearly do not understand the law regarding service animals. Your interpretation of polite is yelling and shouting screaming "fuck you" to your customer. You did not, in fact, politely ask to leave the store... and if a little dog makes you act like a child, my previous assertions of you needing help stand true. When I informed you of the Law and the inability to move the animal, you began shouting and yelling in multiple languages insults and obscenities. Without taking a moment to try to understand the situation, your fear of dogs took over. You said "what if the dog bites me" to which I informed you that Service Animals are trained to perform specific tasks for the handlers health and safety, they are not a threat. To which you said "if you will not move the dog, you have to leave." To help yourself, first, I highly encourage you to follow up with Denver PD and Denver health to inform you of the law. You may not interfere with a service animal performing it's tasks and your dislike of dogs does not give you the right to refuse service. Your very fortunate you changed your tone once you saw the badge or it could've ended much worse for you sir. Although I don't see any personal attacks in the previous review, I've edited it so as to not hurt your sensitive feelings. "Disrespectful, ignorant and a disgrace. Went in this morning to check out the place and grab a couple things, while looking around at pieces I received an important phone call that I took and continued looking and admiring the different glass work when the guy working interrupts me and rudely says "do you need help are you going to get something or what man?" So while on the phone I went ahead and asked the guy working if one of the reclaim catchers would fit my piece, he confirmed it would so I said let's get that and also grabbed a box of whipped cream chargers, he was polite while ringing me up and asked if I wanted a double bag but that initial rudeness was just uncalled for and set a bad vibe for the place read more

I hate to give a small business a one star review but this place is not good. If it says they open at 10am that means the guy will show up at 1030 and if it says they close at 10pm I showed up tonight at 920 and they were closed. Showed up a couple days ago mid day thinking there's no way they would be closed and there was a sign he would be back in 30 minutes. I can't catch a break with this place and the part owner who is there everyday is always in a bad mood and you feel like you are doing something wrong just by walking in. 3 hours agoNEW One of the owners or part owners got mad because i purchased 2 swift vapes one lush ice and one pog i smoked them and they dont have any flavor. I immediately went back into store to try to get this issue resolved. He said we dont exchange and stated to me that i dont like them this is why i want to return also stated that he will loose this transaction. Its not my fault they didnt have flavor. He gave me a return its was like being dismissed for a faulty vape pen which is not on me. I didnt have them like 10mins. He then smoked them and tasted them and claimed they had taste I live in lakewood and drive to this location off of Mississippi not a close drive. I have brougt several people here but it will be the last time and i will inform all that i have came here with his lack of manners and respect and we will not be back. read more

Absolutely the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I am not one to ever complain or do things like this but the man that was working today @ 2:40pm on 4/7/2022 was completely rude and made me soooooo uncomfortable. He went off on me for absolutely no reason. I couldn't get my card to read and he called me stupid because I couldn't figure it out and then proceeded to insult me- called called me a bitch and to never return. GLADLY. I've also been a big customer at this store; along with many of my friends and will be passing this along to them. Absolutely unacceptable. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Left my debit card here on Saturday, went back Sunday to go get it. When I entered the store there were 3 men. These guys not only did not give back my debit card with my name on it after showing them my I'd. They had my card sitting in the counter so I grabbed MY debit card and The guys immediately grabbed me and held me in the shop. My only regret is not calling the police. Had to cancel my card.
