Worker was very rude. He tried to sell me a bottle of alcohol for $12. I let him know I could get a bottle three times that size off of Amazon and then he went on some rant and he was very ugly towards me saying about how they are a small business or something I will never go back to the smoke shop ever again and whoever owns this place needs to teach their workers about actually being respectful to people, especially in the city of Denver because everybody should be treated fairly and equally. I'm sorry you're a small business and you can't compete with Amazon do better. Absolute trash. Update: you can obviously tell by the attitude and the disrespect in the writing that the owner is not taking responsibility for their actions and their disrespectful and discriminatory behavior. HQ is quite literally HQ. Their product selection is so extensive they have everything u could possibly need! The best thing about HQ however is the staff. Its a true community vibe + they are such a pleasure to have on the block. Came in to buy a bottle of butane, but was only a few CENTS short the staff refused to help me, even I though I know the clerk recognized me. I even offered to come back later and throw a ten in the tip drawer because it's an extremely far walk for me. I decided to talk to the manager. When the manager "Joe" came out, I mentioned how I was a loyal customer and I have spent much money there, before he proceeded to tell me that he didn't recognize me and he doesn't care about any concern so I have. I actually went outside and a nice girl gave me a dollar because I was a few CENTS short, so I was able to make my last purchase here. Joe I'm so glad your business is doing so well with this kind of service. Watch out for Joe the owner and rude clerk Salem. He is an employee with long hair that should've been brushed five days ago, but don't worry about the cute black guy and the really nice girly that work there are totally sweet and helpful. Other than getting a couple dollars off of a disposable vape no point in visiting. Denver Vapor across the street has way better service, and there are way better head shops without all the distracting waste of money nick nacks they sell. They don't care about their customers and that's kind of the whole point of a vape shop or a dispensary... Vote with your dollar and I do not vote for this small business!!!! read more

Seems like nice people but not very reliable. I had an agreement to meet the owner at 10am when they opened but there was no show. Understanding that head shops aren't always open on time, I waited for 15 minutes. I called the business number several times with no reply. Left a voicemail and still haven't heard back. I visited two months ago to get a replacement piece leaving my contact info and never received a call back. This is really disappointing considering how nice the folks are, but ultimately has very little regard for customer service. read more
