I live an hour plus away and went to the pharmacy only to find out there was no prescription sent. I then called back to the office and asked about the prescription. I was put on hold for 12+ minutes then I was put into a voicemail. I never received a call back but eventually the pharmacy did share that the prescription had been received. In the midst of wrapping Christmas gifts, I sliced my finger really bad, it was very painful and I could not stop the bleeding. I called the Urgent Care first and the receptionist told me to come right down. The staff was so patient and wonderful , getting me through this painful incident. Easy to park compared to other valley offices as there is a private lot for this plaza. The waiting room was mostly empty when I was waiting for my appointment and check in was easy. The only complaint I had which is not valleys fault were other patients coughing and sneezing and not covering their mouths. I waited maybe 10-12 minutes before a nurse took me back got my height and weight and did intake questions before my doctor came in. Very efficient wait times compared to what I've experienced at valley specialists compared to PCPs.
