I found the check in process to be efficient enough. Of course you're going to wait...if you don't want to wait, make an appointment with your general practitioner. Although I had to wait, everything was clearly communicated and I was able to figure out pretty quickly when I would be seen. Once inside, the rapid COVID test was about as easy as you could hope for. The results were back to me in less than 10 minutes. Special shout out to PA Lauren Bertollo. She is kind, caring and spent a few additional minutes with me after my results came back, which is rare since we're all so overworked these days. The only complaint I had which is not valleys fault were other patients coughing and sneezing and not covering their mouths. Very efficient wait times compared to what I've experienced at valley specialists compared to PCPs.
