I spent over $7000 there between my daughter, my son and my husband. Their laser treatments are awful! The manager named Lyric is unprofessional in regards to the way she speaks with and deals with customers. I was first on the phone with someone else who was much more pleasant. Right away you can hear lyric demanding the phone in the background. Lyric is the employee every owner seeks because she thinks it's her own place, yet she's the employee that will destroy the owners business by the way she speaks to and treats customers. I just called there to ask what machine was used on my daughter. I already had it written down in my notes but just in case I had the wrong brand. Or maybe they were several different types like the Candela one two and three? I'm not in the business, so I was calling to get more information Because the bottom line is, I'm trying to help my daughter with a successful. Laser Hair Removal. The first girl was nice on the phone. She may have even been the owner, but she quickly passed it to lyric, who is so unprofessional and was immediately on the defense! I told her several times why are you talking to me like this? Why are you on the defense? I said I'm trying to help my daughter. I'm not blaming you guys. She kept talking over me. I actually can probably pull the recording from my kitchen surveillance here if need be. Lyric who was so adamant improving that no results should be seen yet, didn't even have one of my daughter's appointments logged in the system and just asked me to get my husband's proof of payment to prove that we were there for the October session. Because whole her argument is that my daughter then only had five Treatments, bikini, armpits, etc. and not the 6 (where supposedly you see results ) and THAT'S why she sees zero results but if I could prove that she was there in October, Please! Such BS! I have EVERY single appointment date jotted in my notes section of their contact including details on the strength of the laser that was used every single time. I got all this info from Lyric each visit & wanted to have this info to see how long it would take to see results, etc. But again, let's remember I did not call just now to complain or have them on the defense about the laser not working. I simply wanted specific details on the machine used because yes, now I'm going to try a different Laser Hair Removal place. I didn't tell them that, but I assume they figured it out by my questions. And who is she to treat me like that? & Be so nasty saying she has a professional assistant, and there's no way she would not have one of the appointments recorded. Oh and she made me laugh at one point by saying I was being abrupt with her. It was because I raise my voice and saying why are you talking to me like this? Why are you on the defense? She didn't know what else to say. She completely lost that one appointment. but she will back that company and machine told her death. What a great little employee she is to have! ((Sorry to be sarcastic but that actually makes me smile)) After spending thousands and thousands of dollars and to see zero results. Not only my 14-year-old daughter but my husband! But this Lyric was alway snippy from the first time I met her. Any employee that is quick with the mouth when you are happy, paying customer you can only imagine how they can turn when they are put on the defense. And let's remember I never did any negative reviews about this business. It has been months since we have returned. I kept ignoring the text saying where are you? It's time for your next appointment! I was simply calling to ask them. What type of machine they had used. And now that they have made me feel like the fault is mine... You need to know what kind of business this is! Anyway, There are SO many laser places nearby and GETTING ZERO RESULTS on top of dealing with that Lyric ... Don't go here! They deserve zero stars. read more

This was the best birthday day gift ever. My daughter treated me to a hydro facial. I was super excited because I've never done anything with my skin. I cannot recommend Natural Beauty Laser and Belle highly enough! I have suffered from melasma/hyperpigmentation for years. I tried everything - creams, never going in the sun, and 5 different laser offices over a dozen times. Nothing made a true impact and some IPL made it spotty and almost worse. I found out about Natural Beauty through Groupon, although I live in Lake Worth, it's worth the drive. I am one of those beauty lunatics who is always on the hunt for something better. I've had all sorts of procedures done at fancy dermatologist offices known for their super high prices. I always came out disappointed with the small amount of difference it had in the end. It is completely and totally the opposite here. At natural beauty laser they actually SOLVE your problems. If you have redness on your face you won't be going to her forever, she will actually manage to take it away! (unlike a doctors office which will have you coming back correcting the problem mildly forever) This place is very clean and in a nice area. Even though they are in a very small space I find that they usually have multiple solutions for many complaints. If you were hesitating going here just do it. Belle is the woman that runs the place. She does all of the procedures and she is quite literally the best. When she does the lasers she painstakingly goes over each area with a magnifying light ensuring that everywhere is hit unlike many dermatologists office where they just waive the laser beam around your face and you're done in five minutes. I went to Belle for an IPL Intense Pulsed Light treatment for my sunspots, and while she was kind and knowledgable, giving me tips on skincare and such, I did not see a difference in my skin after the IPL. I had it done once before with a dermatologist and I saw a significant difference in the reduction of my sunspots, but after doing it with Belle, I saw no difference. She is probably great with other treatments, but I'll be going back to my dermatologist to get the IPL, because I feel like I kind of wasted my money going to her and seeing no difference in my skin. read more
