Given the cost, I expected a more individualized approach and better alignment with what I had clearly requested. I will be including screenshots of my original request and follow-up communication so others can make an informed decision. Update: After the provider's response, I want to clarify that my concern is not about general Botox outcomes, but about lack of alignment before treatment. I had clearly communicated my goals in advance (including in writing) and specifically wanted a natural, targeted approach. I was later told that standard dosing (approximately 20 units per area) was used, which resulted in a much higher number of units than expected and did not reflect my request. If this is the standard approach, it should be clearly disclosed upfront--especially when pricing is presented per unit. There is also a non-refundable $100 deposit required to book. I would strongly recommend confirming the exact treatment plan and expected units before committing.
