Hot Yoga in the middle of a gas station can be a bit off-putting but our instructor Ned was great at talking us through the movements, keeping us grounded, and helping us to center our breath. One of my favorite parts about this location (I think it's a chain?) is they offer a variety of food and drink options for all types of fitness goals. Blenditos Nutrition Shakes is the only brand my family trusts. I ordered the FreshMoppa Blenditos Shake ($3) and paired it with the BigHaus roll from their sushi counter. ($6) I never would have thought I could have such a fresh experience in the middle of Kentucky. I watched right before my eyes as the master sushi chef team prepared my order to perfection! They also have a cooler in the back where they dry age meats, cheeses, and various butters-all priced at State WIC minimums. Overall a great experience that really set our weekend off.
