I dropped off a king-size comforter and three weeks later I still do not have it back. I called three separate times asking where my comforter was, and each time the person answering the phone said she had no idea. (I have received better customer service at McDonalds) By week three, I was told the comforter would be dropped off at my apartment on Saturday, December 20th. That never happened, and I still haven't received it. At this point, I'm assuming my comforter has been lost. I used to use this business regularly and service was always prompt and reliable. Since the change in ownership, the quality and professionalism have completely collapsed. New ownership is awful and they should consider selling their business to someone who cares about their customers before they ruin their brand. read more

Lost items... no compensation! This place got bought out at the beginning of the year and they promptly lost a beloved (and expensive Pottery Barn) comforter my daughter has had on her bed for 20 years. I got the run around for weeks with severalpeople involved and not calling me back. I finally requested the original cost of the blanket $300 which was still in pristine Condition and was sent a check for $60 measly dollars. Dont take your precious items here. You may never see them again and you certainly wont be compensated accordingly...Find a new cleaners! read more

I have always had great customer service, polite and friendly interactions with the staff. My clothes, quilts and furniture covers turned out looking brand new. There was even a spot on one of my athletic shirts they didn't get out on the first try and offered to clean it again to try to remove it at no charge. read more

Don't take your wedding dress here! On the recommendation of my bridal shop and alterations seamstress, I took my wedding gown to Natural Cleaners. Upon the first viewing of the cleaned dress, before boxing it, the train was cleaned but there was obvious makeup still on the neckline. They should've caught that before I had to make the trip from Madison to view it. When I came back three days later the makeup was gone but the lace and crewel work were damaged. It looked like they scrubbed this delicate material with a scotchbrite abrasive sponge! Frayed, highly damaged lace and threads - ruining the clean v neckline. The owner was called by the staff member and we spoke with him, describing the damage. He told me to leave the dress. He needed to see the damage before even addressing the failure on his team's part. There was no way I was leaving the dress in his hands, nor would a fourth drive back to his cleaner from Madison for this simple dress cleaning (no excessive dirt on train, no wine or food stains etc) be acceptable to me, the customer. The owner's attitude, absolutely appalling lack of customer service skills or fair treatment are the reasons for this review. Please, brides, protect your most important garment by not entrusting it to this guy. read more

Unfortunately, my husband's wardrobe consists of a lot of dry-clean only items. This can be both inconvenient and pricy, but Natural Cleaners makes dry-cleaning a safer, more affordable experience. First of all, I love that I can walk into this place without needing a gas mask. Most dry cleaning venues are billowing toxic smog out of every nook and cranny. NC just smells clean and fresh. They don't use standard harsh chemicals, so I can bring our kids inside without fear they'll leave with leukemia or asthma. The service is always prompt and friendly. It isn't as speedy as the one-hour joints, but that's a reasonable trade off for chemical-free clothes. They've also worked miracles on some of our best apparel. They got a bad grease stain out of my husband's suit pants as well as the red Jagermeister drips on my white wedding dress. They also did a beautiful job preserving and packaging my gown for storage. They will even do repairs to buttons and ripped pockets. Some people prefer to do those little fixes at home, but I don't trust myself enough to sew a button on or mend $100+ pants. I think it's worth paying a little extra for a professional job. Price wise, NC is in line with most traditional dry cleaning services, but often offers coupons in local mailers. We typically save bigger orders for times those coupons come around. They list their prices online, so it isn't a shock to any first-timers looking to check them out. I know some reviews have dogged this place, but we've been using them steadily for 6+ years and always walk away satisfied. read more

I have been a very loyal client for many years and in return I had been given a 30% discount since I spend roughly $150 per visit. When Sam sold the business, my discount was reduced to 20% which I did not feel was unfair since the new owner was building his new business. Today I went in to pick up my order and drop off 14 more items and I was notified that not only did they cancelled all discounts. At that point I had the choice not to use their services, I understand that. What i do not understand is how they could take away the discount I was given on the items I was picking up. Natural Cleaners just STOLE $35 from me. I feel that is unprofessional and they just lost a very good client. I have been contacted by the owner and he has offered a very fair explanation. Very disappointed. Did they recently switch owners? They used to be better. Took a sport coat in to be steam pressed and they cleaned it anyway and charged me for it. I told them 3 times I did not want it cleaned. She just shrugged her shoulders. Also brought a man's suit in to be cleaned pointing out a stain on the sleeve. She said it would be taken care of. My son wore it to a job interview with the stain still there! Did they even clean it or did they just steam it. That did it. Do not bring your clothes here worst dry cleaning service ever. There owner chad is racist. They did 3000 dollars worth of damages to my clothes. Spoke to the owner chad in person and he admitted to the damages. He only gave me 25 dollars back. He said that he would be losing money if he gave me anything else back and that it was my problem. Then blamed the company that made my clothes for them getting ink stain all over my clothes. His workers agreed with me that he should give me more money back. Recently took in a 2 piece suit and a dress. When I dropped off the items, I noted to the clerk all the stains. I came back in 3 days and the suit was steamed incorrectly and had to be re-steamed. I came back 24 hours later and the steaming was the same. They gave me a 10% discount because I needed the suit for the weekend and it couldn't be re-steamed immediately. When I got home, the stain on the dress was still there. I was able to get the stain out myself. Needless to say, I probably won't go back again. Lynn read more

I had my wedding dress dry cleaned and preserved here and they did a great job. They even called me to come in and look at the dress to make sure it was to my liking before preserving it, which I did not expect but appreciated. They managed to get out all of the grass and dirt stains from the bottom of the dress, and it was in perfect condition. The staff were also very friendly, and they did not charge a very high price for this service compared to others. read more

I dropped off a $700 Gucci shirt about 2 months ago and when I got it back it was shrunk. I took it back to them and they said they would try to stretch it out. I wore the shirt within the last month and they it was still small. So I took it back within the last month for a refund, due to damages and the owner called me to say they'd only give me a $50 credit and that I should return it to Gucci. Then sends me a text saying they aren't responsible for anything that isn't claimed within the last 30 days, but just offered a credit. So they know they ruined it by giving me a credit, but won't pay full price for it. This establishment can't afford to take any high priced items, that they can't replace. I suggest finding another cleaners. I've also brought some items that were "cleaned" and came back with some sort of white markings on them. Looks like powder of some sort and I brought to them, but it came back the same way. Poor service read more

I do NOT recommend this establishment! I have been a customer for the better part of a year, due to the fact that they are a local, Eco-drycleaner. I have had two shirts returned to me that had permenant marker dots on them. When I returned one of the shirts, the owner, Sam Kim, via his store clerks, not in person, informed me that they did not cause the problem. Even though the shirt still had their tags on it, they attempted to eradicate the dot at no cost. It didn't work. The owner alleged, again through his clerk, not in person, that I had taken the shirt elsewhere and they had done it...Even though the shirt still had the tags on it from Natural Cleaners. This guy and his business practices are not on the up and up. He is not forthright and does not attend to his customers well. I will not go back. If you have a stain problem, take your clothes elsewhere. If they make a mistake, good luck getting satisfaction. My brand new wedding dress had a mysterious grey spot at the neckline. Our seamstress tried to get it out, but it was stubborn. We took it to Natural Cleaners and Sam spot treated it in 5 minutes. It looks perfect! He was so nice, and I'm so relieved! read more

I was disappointed with the lack of communication. After dropping off my wedding dress off I waited a month without hearing from them, so called to see how far along they were in the process. They said I could come in that week to 'take a look at the dress'. It looked exactly the same (the entire bottom of the dress was still dirty). They recommended to get it dry cleaned (and not be responsible if the delicate dress gets ruined) or get it boxed up dirty. Since I didn't want the dress ruined I opted out of the dry cleaning portion. I still got charged full price for my wedding dress to get cleaned though they were not able to dry clean the dress, and there were still stains left on the entire bottom of the dress. I was disappointed to say the least. For $191.00 bill, just for me to have to get it re-cleaned somewhere else, I feel like I got scammed. read more

Believe the bad reviews, because the good reviews are fake. I use to work here and the owner would ask all of his employees to get on this website and write fake good reviews so they can bump off the bad ones, since he can't pay to get them removed. There is so much fraudulent behavior in those stores its ridiculous (laughing but very serious)....in my opinion, these stores seriously need to be closed for good. read more
