The worst company to do business with. I found the proprietor of Natural Cleaners located at 850 Manhattan Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11222 to have a very nasty and insulting attitude. I used this company as a package receiving service since it was designated as a package receiver for the company Stowfly. Unbelievebly, the owner deliberately opened one of my packages without my consent (which is a federal crime punishible by fines and jail time), and then had the nerve to hand it to me after it had already been opened - and without any kind of explaination. He also claimed that he did not receive a packge that was delivered by Amazon when Amazon provided documented proof that the package was in fact hand delivered there and received by someone. He claims that he did not recieve it, nor did anyone else. He is one of the worst persons ever to do business with, and I never will again - and neither should you! read more

I have been coming here for a while but I am very disappointed! I came in to have this Bape shirt professionally cleaned since it has Swarovski crystals on it. I picked it up and what's funny is that the owner told me everything was okay when in fact a few days later I finally took the shirt out of the cleaners bag and that's when I noticed the stains on the shirt. If you're going to charge me $25 to clean a shirt and on top of that when I go pick it up you tell me everything is FINE , everything should be in tact , everything should be fine ! This place is amazing! They have gotten some very tough stains out of all kinds of different materials for me -- nylon, silk, etc. They're always determined to salvage the item. They have a points system to save you money if you're a regular customer. They even sprayed my winter jacket with waterproofing spray to help protect them. We agreed to dry clean the pants first, and if the stain came out, they'd put in a new zipper. I have been going to Natural Cleaners for wash and fold service for a while now, and am finally unhappy enough with the service to switch to a different place. I initially really appreciated how much care they put into my delicates, and of course the general kindness of the staff. My clothes were late more than once due to a broken dryer and some equipment updates, which I forgave (although super inconvenient, I had to wait at least 2 extra days). Yesterday, however, my clothes were not ready by the promised time and I was told to come back in today. When I picked them up and took them home, they were ALL still damp, as if they had been dried for 10 minutes, and folded up as if they were dry (even the towels). It seems like it's a great place to bring your dry cleaning, but I recommend avoiding their wash and fold service completely. read more

This place is a bit pricer than I would expect to pay for dry cleaning, but I do like that they use natural dry cleaning processes. They also get massive points in my book for not batting an eye when I came in with a white cashmere sweater that was completely splattered with blood. (I had a run in with a set of monkey bars while playing at the playground, and my nose did not quite make it out in one piece). So, I'm still on a search for cheaper dry cleaning options, but I'm pretty happy with Natural Cleaners. read more

They are such sweet people, and the turn around time is great, and i found the prices for alteration to be reasonable. $35 for my bridesmaid dress and somewhat cheaper for the one layer dresses. This is definitely not a cheap cleaners, but you are absolutely getting what you pay for here. Like other reviewers I've been a customer since before they went green (when that wasn't even an option) and I've been happy with the quality and standards of their work throughout. I will admit that I probably get a total of 12 items a year dry cleaned (I'm more likely to take the unrecommended risk of hand or gentle washing myself), but I've used their service for over 10 years. In my experience they assess every piece you drop off, determining any special handling or attention that may be necessary (buttons that may not be compatible with the cleaning process, additional pressing that may be required, possible shrinkage risks for certain fabrics, etc.). They'll also suggest any mending that may be needed (seams that have come apart, buttons to be replaced) at an additional charge. read more
