One time, I had mentioned I had a terrible headache the day before our appointment and he focused some needles in that area, and I didn't get another headache for the rest of that week. :) I always look forward to resting during the acupuncture treatment, it's like a scheduled nap time for me at this point! Dr. Du will even explain what he's doing with the needles (i.e., placement/location, if there's any tenderness felt, etc.). He's really a great listener and has very kind bedside manner. His office will even text you with appointment reminders! I'm really glad I found Dr. Du -- take this as your sign to make that appointment to see Dr. Du. :)

During…read moremy initial consultation, I mentioned the accident as the cause of my pain, but it seems there was a serious communication issue--possibly due to a language barrier--as the practitioner didn't fully understand or document that my condition was related to the accident. Over the past few months, I continued receiving treatment, and I did feel some improvement in my pain. However, the situation became uncomfortable when I asked for medical documentation for my lawyer. The practitioner told me it would take a lot of time to prepare the paperwork and asked if I could wait until my treatment was finished. Later, after speaking with my lawyer, I was told the acupuncture documentation wasn't necessary. When I returned for my next appointment, things took a strange turn. The practitioner was suddenly very flustered about the car accident being involved, even though I had been upfront about it from the start. She showed me her notes, which claimed that I said I didn't know the source of my pain--completely contradicting what I had told her. Ultimately, she refused to continue treatment after learning that a lawyer was involved. While I did notice some physical relief during treatment, this experience left me very uneasy. It raised serious concerns about professionalism, documentation practices, and transparency. I would caution others who are considering this clinic--especially if you are seeking treatment following an accident or need medical records for legal purposes.

I came in for my Cervicogenic Headache, and once he treated me, it was gone. It was such a huge relief and miracle. I'm so glad I walked in and found his office! I just so happen to come from my chiropractor appointment with Dr. Byrne in the same plaza and always drove past this place but finally got the courage to come and so happy I did. A lady showed up at 9 o'clock and he said I'm gonna help her real fast as I sat there almost an hour and a half. I told him I was ready to leave. He said oh OK. And I told him why did I have an appointment at 8:30 so finally he rushes me in the room and starts asking me if I feel pressure like I told him I never had Acupuncture done before. The other place didn't ask me a lot of questions Jay just put the little needles with electrodes on it for a half hour. He did his barely 10 minutes and then why I was still sitting in the waiting room before I went in there another lady showed up and she started saying why are you taking her over me? It's my appointment time and he said oh don't worry don't worry. And then the lady started said she was leaving that he always does that he always overbooks and she left crying so I could see this is a pattern with him. If my appointment is at 8:30 he starts texting me at 8:15 telling me to go to the bathroom before I come reminding me of my appointment. I told him he was causing me stressed and I was trying to make a smoothie but I feel he wasn't really even there yet because when I drove up, he was out in front waiting.. first appointment I had I canceled ahead of time a couple of days before because I told him I was going to the emergency room then the second he made I showed up and then he wasn't even there. He said he forgot to put me in his I come at a later time second red flag so then the third one he booked me at 8:30 got that 836 and I didn't even get in there. I've had a number of treatments with her for my back, and I'm not sure how it works, but it does. I needed a few treatments before I noticed a significant difference, but my back pain is now under control. I strongly recommend Dr. Judy. She explains everything fully and she is very attentive to any concerns you might have. *TIP* You pay a flat fee for an office visit, so to maximize your spending dollar, tell Dr. Judy about any pain that you might have, including headaches, stress, etc., so that she can treat it all in the same office visit.
