Where do I start...I have had chronic back pain for years on top of migraines. I was having…read moremigraines up to 3-4 time a a week at one point. The only solution my primary Dr came up with was to put me on medication. I was referred to Foothill Family Chiropractic. The first apportionment I was blown away at how much time they took to really hear my a aches, and pain. I then had an in house X-ray to better understand why my migraines, and chronic pain was so frequent. I was then shown the problem areas and talked about plan of action. I wanted to hit the ground running. Well maybe not running but a brisk jog. After my first few appointment I was already feeling relief. I then purchased this magical ice pack!!! I was told to ice for 10 minutes a day and let me tell you there's magic in that ice pack!!!! After my first month of appointments I realized I have not once taken my migraine medication. I kept quite to not to jinx myself. After month TWO no headaches or migraines I had to finally say something. I have been officially off my medication for TWO MONTHS!!! However, once you get down to the nuts and bolts of his practice he is direct because he cares. He is direct because he is holding you accountable, and he is direct because he wants you to get better. Like your typical man I brushed it off for a while untill it started to become crippling bad. I had to wait a whole week before getting an appointment. They are really busy compared to when I was here back in 2019. So the Doctor felt me up ( He man handled me lol) If you are ticklish this may not be for you. He adjusted my shoulders spine hips moving them to the correct place before sticking needles in. He gave me a explanation of what was going on with my body, my shoulders and ribs not aligned and the muscles over compensate for it's misplacement. He predicted that I'll call back for another session in 2-3 weeks. I believe he's right since it took a while for this to develop, I think it's going to take a few visit to fix it.
