Every time I have visited, they have only used soap and lotion on my feet and nothing more. What surprises me most is that they do not use any type of foot scrub during the service. A foot scrub is typically a basic part of a standard pedicure at most nail salons, yet it has never been included during any of my visits. There is very little exfoliation or foot care provided beyond washing and applying lotion. For the price being charged, I expected a much more thorough pedicure experience. Unfortunately, I do not feel the service justifies the cost, and I would not consider it a good value. If you're looking for a pedicure that includes the standard treatments most salons provide, you may be disappointed.

He then pushed me to get gel color even though I said no already 3 times. Because my bill wasn't "high" enough, they decided to charge me $5 to take off my old polish. Very uncomfortable situation and hard to relax when you feel like you're at the car dealership.
