I was very disappointed with the value of the pedicure services here. The prices for even the most…read morebasic pedicure are extremely high considering how little is actually included. Every time I have visited, they have only used soap and lotion on my feet and nothing more. What surprises me most is that they do not use any type of foot scrub during the service. A foot scrub is typically a basic part of a standard pedicure at most nail salons, yet it has never been included during any of my visits. There is very little exfoliation or foot care provided beyond washing and applying lotion. For the price being charged, I expected a much more thorough pedicure experience. Unfortunately, I do not feel the service justifies the cost, and I would not consider it a good value. If you're looking for a pedicure that includes the standard treatments most salons provide, you may be disappointed.

I visited the salon on 2.5.26, asked for a pedicure and a manicure. I wanted gel and French tips on…read moreboth. The place was crowded, felt cramped. I didn't like the towels in the window and on the floor. The pedicure technician did an amazing job. The foot soak was warm, she handled my feet with care and was very gentle . She removed the polish and added gel French tips. I had gel on my hands, but it had grown out a bit. The technician looked at my nails and said I didn't need any cuticle work- no manicure. They put foil and remover on my nails, and buffed off the old gel. While waiting to get started, I noticed some cuticle that needed to be removed, the technician David- sighed and looked around like he couldn't do it. Then mentioned- did you want to get a manicure? I said no, can you just remove this hanging piece? I could tell that he was put off by my request- hands on his hips / but he snipped it off for me. He painted , filed and completed my nails. When I got home and had more time, I realized that I didn't like them . They were thick, not smooth- too much polish causing them to bulge at the tips. I returned the next day- explained my concerns and basically was told " it's polish , this is how they should look". After repeating myself a few more times, they agreed to fix the ones that were bad. Their offer to repair wasn't genuine and they didn't offer a refund or a discount. They agreed only after I stated and restated- she literally tried to tell me that they were ok. I told them to just remove them . I was asked to return to David- he said nothing to me the entire time. He removed them and missed a few areas, which I pointed out. He addressed them but he wasn't pleasant- he sighed a let out loud breathing like I was bothering him. My overall experience at this shop wasn't a good one and they need to focus on their customer service skills. If you enlarge the photos, you can see the large build up on the tips. I won't return.

My friend and I were immediately greeted and welcomed once we walked in. We wanted gel pedicures and got sat in the chairs very quickly. There was no wait! The nail techs, Bill and Cindy started working on our nails and were very nice and friendly. Bill did a wonderful job on my pedicure and made sure I had a great experience. Cindy did my friends nails and she was so kind. Inside the establishment is very clean and pretty. The massage chairs are so nice. I highly recommend everyone check them out if you're looking to get your nails done. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

I can't really say they're better or worse than anyone, just basically, the same. I've gotten my daughters nails and toes painted here. That's a pretty cool thing to do. Only $6 to paint them, and they make her feel pampered like she's getting a mani/pedi. It's $3 for nails and $3 for toes on children. It's $6 for each for adults (which is an awesome deal, because I can never paint like they paint at these places, so you look like you got a pedicure when you actually just got them painted :) I'd go back

The owner stepped in when I refused to put my finger under the gel nail dryer light. I instructed the tech to take the gel polish off of my pinky and replace it with regular polish. I was not going to allow them to torture me with that nail dryer. At this point they both were pretending like they didn't understand English. They didn't even try to accommodate me for my suffering. It's been 2 months and my nail still hasn't grown back. I'm very disappointed.

She sits on one side of me and moves my arms all over the place. Just ask clients if they're comfortable or need to adjust seating before tugging and pulling. I showed the nail tech a flaw in the overlay. She proceeds to tell me that if she corrects the issue, my skin would get snipped. No, it will not. I told her that if necessary , she can just do a repair. Then two nails after polish had fabric in the polish. I told her and she got rude, I guess because her regular client walked in. Then, to tick me off a little more, my toe nail polish is flawed and not dry. No, I do not get gel on my toes and it dries perfectly and lasts my entire two weeks. i would not recommend because when you want a repeat client, you fix every flaw or detail. Then as I paid, another lady came up and laughed. What's funny? So, here I am doing my review and I hope you take this review into consideration before going to Diamond Nails!
