So, I only shop here if I'm desperate for something. One nice thing though is that they have a FedEx drop off at this location. Found that out just recently when I had to drop off a prelabeled and packed item to a company. It was very simple. The cashier at the regular cash register just scanned the box and gave me a receipt. No excessive pleasantries were exchanged.

The live entertainment offered on weekend afternoons was also a wonderful touch and added to the relaxing atmosphere. During our stay, we took time to explore downtown Blairsville and discovered several charming family-owned restaurants. One of the things that made our stay even more special was finding a guest book in the cabin where visitors could sign their names and share memories of their stay. This was a memorable and relaxing birthday getaway. I got home and checked after they were VERY certain they were the right ones. The syringes were too large, needle was auto retractable, incompatible with the luer lock drawing tips I was given, and too long for subcutaneous use. The drawing tips I was given were large enough to core the vial and, again, incompatible with the style of syringe given. Needless to say I order my supplies online now, and just pick up my hormones here. Hoping to switch locations eventually.

The items I was in search of were stocked well, on discount and easy to find. The store is an older foot print and location. Age can be seen in the outdated signage, dingy and scuffed flooring, ceiling and counters throughout the store. In short, it is in need of an update and upgrade for sure! Overall, this location is convenient to and from the office, so when in need I have no issue popping in!

I almost always use the drive thru pharmacy, and the wait times vary depending on how many cars are ahead, but the pharmacy staff is always efficient and patient. Over the hour I waited, they serviced over 20 walk ups for prescriptions including 2 that sounded like they would cough their lungs onto the counter. The younger black gentleman and younger petite black woman are both phenomenal. They both are not only competent but also understand that they work in customer-facing roles. Accordingly, they are professional -- which includes being kind and respectful to the customer. However, there's another young black woman (on the heavier side) with the nastiest attitude. Some advice for her: when you tell the customer that you're not going to give them their Rx for whatever reason, they're going to be frustrated. Compounding their frustration? Your attitude. When your colleagues communicate a delay or issue, it never bourgeons into conflict -- can you guess why? Because they are professionals, and they act like it. This means being kind and respectful even in -- especially in -- the face of a frustrated customer. One more tip: When a customer shows up, greet them? I assume a smile is asking way too much, but certainly don't sit there scowling (in silence, no less!). Like the customer is a nuisance and a bother, showing up and expecting you to do your job. The audacity. Acknowledge the customer and let them know you're ready to assist them. If this is too much for you, get another job. Sincerely. You are unfit for a customer-facing role.
