Hands down, the most immaculately clean massage place we've ever been to. We were in the area and stopped by at the last minute for a couples massage. They answered the phone and were able to get us in, no problem. The location is absolutely gorgeous, everything is so clean, including the restroom. It's set up to be as zen as possible. Jerry did an amazing job on me, and offered tips and feedback on where my problem areas were. My husbands masseuse did a fantastic job as well. It I clouded hot stones which was a great bonus. I was in desperate need of a full body massage. I have been working out pretty intensely and was looking forward to some relaxation! I was able to book a same day appointment on a Saturday. However, I was told they only had one appointment remaining. I took the appointment for 4pm. When I scheduled the appointment I was advised that I would receive a text message with the necessary paperwork I needed to complete. I did complete this prior to my arrival time. This spot is located in a small shopping plaza with what appears to be ample parking. I walked in about 2-3 minutes prior to my scheduled time. I was asked if I needed to use the rest room first. I figured it was a good idea to at least try to. I was instructed to go to the end of the hallway to use the restroom. When I returned I was seated for mat 5 minutes prior to being called back for my massage. The massage therapist was a short and small framed woman. ( she was very sweet) . She did not ask me if I had any concern areas, or even what type of pressure I prefer. However, I did note firm pressure on my paper work. Overall it was an ok massage. The pressure was not the best. A ton of oil was used, which typically prevents firm pressure. This was more of a massage for people that just like to be rubbed on. I needed a therapeutic massage. This did not cut it for my needs. At first, I tried to reach out to the business to rectify this however, whoever answered the phone, I'm not sure if they're the owner or not it's a man and he was rude and disrespectful to the point where I had to hang up, when I was trying to make a complaint about how the service went on Friday 5/23. He's the very same guy who took my appointment did not get the details correct, all I wanted was a two hour massage. He didn't give me all the information and when I arrived only had me down for a 90 minute massage.They also have a $3 service fee charge for any use of a card which is wild , also he said "WE ONLY DO ADD-ONS FOR CASH PAY PATRONS" which he only mentioned TODAY not on the day of my appointment and it was my first time even coming to their establishment. The service was below expectation severely due to the fact I had a bunch of one handed massage attempts while she was using the other hand to text on her phone. I had a two hour combo of a 90 minute body massage and a 30 minute foot and leg massage which could've been done better at a Nail Spa. It was uncomfortable could not relax fully Don't waste your money and don't come here for BAD ATTITUDES and TERRIBLE SERVICE. Don't even try to complain because you'll be met with attitude, disrespect, and rudeness.DO NOT RECOMMEND. and I have attached photos to show the price I paid, including a really good tip for the massage therapist as it was their last appointment, which I had offered to come in any other day , but they insisted that I come Friday night at 6 PM due to my work schedule. If I could leave less than one star I would! I scheduled an appointment and received a confirmation text. When I arrived for my appointment, the lady at the front desk informed me that my appointment was canceled. She didn't know why; she just said it was canceled. I did not receive a call or text. All that was offered was to schedule me for another day. This was a huge inconvenience and a waste of my time, especially when I could have scheduled somewhere else. I get regular massages and have for years all over the country. I have to say that I have never had a more uncomfortable, unprofessional experience. My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage. The first fifteen minutes I was just pushed on, on top of the sheet. I was almost expecting that was how the entire massage would be. Not the kind of therapeutic massage I requested. Nope.. fast forward to having the other 45min focusing exclusively on the ass. Wow!!! A well needed massage for sure. Great atmosphere from the time you walk in the front door. They took my temperature at the front and took me to my room. The room was very spacious and the ambiance was set with a little light and music. I had an hour massage and also a foot massage. The massage was so good that I fell asleep. Because we were paying in cash, we were offered two extra services. I picked lavender essential oil rub and hot stones. My boyfriend picked peppermint oil scalp massage and hot stones. They take sanitation and safety precautions very seriously. My husband had Huy and I had Top as my massage therapist. The whole time Top made me feel extremely comfortable, we had some welcomed conversation and he even gave me some advice on stretching and shoe inserts that would help with some of my back issues.
