The massage was great, but their facility needs some TLC. The massage table had exposed sponge rubber which kind of grossed me out. Although the massage therapist was extremely sweet and did an excellent job laying down on exposed foam rubber is not sanitary. I was laying there thinking how many other people had put their face on the sponge rubber. A little paint would go along way. The door to the room look terrible. I hate to see such hard-working ladies lose business because of the Decour. Simply paint the walls and replace the cushions. A little mood lighting to put people in a state of a relaxation would be a good idea. They are in a great location they just need to fix the place up so they can draw some high-end clientele. read more

Been here a few times already. I've had some of the best massages ever here, and some that were average. It depends on the therapist. I received an excellent massage from Grace tonight, one of the best I've ever had, and Anna has also been fantastic. What I like about both them is that they listen to me when I tell them to focus on my head and neck areas for my migraines. I've been to other massage therapists who insist on focusing on the areas they know best, regardless of what you ask for. The tables are larger than your average massage table, so you don't feel like you're going to fall off. But they can also be a bit harder add they're not as padded as average massage table, either. read more

We've been going here for at least 6 years now and after our massage last night we will never go back. We were having a couples massage and can clearly tell the massage therapist A was teaching the massage therapist B how to massage. They talked the whole time and massage therapist B did forearm massage on me for 45mins of the 60 minutes. I was a teacher for many years and even a swedish massage uses more technics then this. After our massage was done they both were hoovering over me while I filled out my receipt to see what their tip would be. When I wrote $10 on it ( out of being nice and feeling pressured to tip) massage therapist A said to me "10 dollar for both of us?"I said yes. This place has gone down. Sorry Jojo, you were great to us, now its just a factory of body rubbing. read more

I went here because it was the only massage place that had availability that day. I had said I wanted a 90 minute massage and the lady over the phone said that was fine. I got there a little early and the place was disgusting. The bathroom looked like it belonged in a gas station and the massage bed was beyond uncomfortable. The masseuse was out of the room at least 30 minutes of the 90 that I paid for. She also spent the majority of the time on my back when I told her my legs needed it more. 2 days later and my back is in so much pain because of it. Easily worst $80 I have ever spent. read more

While visiting my sister in Woodstock, GA, she treated me to a massage at JoJo's Massage Therapy. While the massage itself was good, we were taken aback when we were asked to pay for the visit with cash (they advertised that they accept major credit cards). My sister tagged on a $20 tip on a $160 bill and the therapist said "no, no, no, you pay $40 tip". We paid the $40 but were stunned at the request. Even though the massage was good, we will most definitely not visit again because of the aggressive billing practices of the business. I previously lived in the Atlanta area for over 30 years and know plenty of friends who take advantage of massage therapy. My sister and I will not recommend JoJo's to our friends. I checked in a half hour ago. Was told 10 minutes. Said I wanted foot massage and they took me to a table. Then moved me to sleep me uncomfortable chairs. Told me to soak for 15 minutes because an hour was too long for a foot massage.... Uh, I've gotten many and this is not accurate. So once we start this I'll actually be paying for 45 minutes. this time i am actually very disappointed, first of all when i ask about the deal on yelp they said they don't have it anymore ( then why its still on yelp) , second: they said if i want the pressure to be harder i have to pay 10 dollar more which is 60 dollar ( bullshit ) , third : they got busted for adjusting the clock in the room ( pay attention on the clock and it will be 15 minutes different from the real time ) such a scam massage place, fourth: they really seems gimmicky no experience whatsoever ( just random asian woman doing massage) very very disappointed !!!! will never come back again read more

These places are happy ending places! Their attire is unprofessional and against massage etiquette. I have heard 5 people talk about inapproperate behavior and you can find them on rub maps where people rate "what the had done there". You should be fully covered, except the area being worked on during a massage. And at no time should they be moving your scrutom around like they did a friend of mines in John's Creek. I chose this massage location based on the reviews. I called beforehand to get pricing on a foot massage. $30 for one hour, ok fair enough for reflexology massage. My foot has been bothering me somewhat, so I was excited. Upon arrival, I was met with a person who said instead of one hour that 30 minutes would be ok for my massage for $20..? ok, That's fine. Who needs a one hour foot massage? 30 minutes seems good enough I thought. The young lady was lackluster, not interested really and she shorted me my foot massage by 10 minutes. I was watching on my phone. The massage was good enough, I suppose...but I have had better during a pedicure (and got a pedicure at the same time!). When I went to pay, I honestly didn't want to leave her a tip, because I was shorted on time...and gave her a $20 bill. But she said "no tip?" politely. Which is rude in it's own way. The English wasn't so great and I didn't feel like saying you shorted me my massage time and explain even (meanwhile a clock ticking right beside me on the wall)? I didn't have more 'tip' in cash, so used a debit card and gave a small tip. I'm sad that my experience is what it was and had high hopes. Return here after a month away. Grace is the best masseusse but no longer there. I tried May and had only fair massage. Owner claims that she does not know where Grace works now. I was a very good regular customer snd now I feel it is a waste. Too bad JoJo cant keep good therapists. I will no longer recommend.
