Super blown... scheduled a massage on Wed. for this morning. Asked several questions during the call only to get in and find out that the receptionist NEVER made my appointment. We even spoke about me subscribing for monthly massages since I've been here twice before and it's close to my house. I woke up early this morning (a freaking Saturday) to enjoy a moment of pampering and that won't be happening... at least not here. Luckily my friend just gave me a great recommendation to her masseuse. Annoyed AF about this!!!

Have fun scheduling! When you are providing a guest a service, you should be well versed in customer service, but not this place. November 12th my boyfriend received a voicemail from Teeka (we have the recording now) stating there wasn't availability at 1pm for a Couples Massage on November 20. However, they had availability at 2pm for a couples massage. This was in response to our Groupon couples massage purchase. He returned the call and confirmed the 2pm COUPLES massage with Teeka*. We walked into our first appointment on November 20th for a couples massage and they had "no record" of any appointment made. Nice. So we rescheduled in person, the same day, for DECEMBER 3RD. I received an email and a text confirmation with those dates only (please see attached pictures). Somehow the manager wanted to accuse my boyfriend and I of going online and booking another appointment on November 26. Funny because the receptionist we talked to on November 20, in person, stated that there was no availability the week of Nov 26. TLDR; In addition to all the text messages and emails we received stating our appointment was on DECEMBER 3RD, Evan received a voicemail (on November 21) asking for confirmation of appointment on November 26th. My boyfriend was having issues with his phone this week as well, not that we need to defend ourselves in this situation at all, but the VM was disregarded. Until he started receiving several voicemails stating he would have to pay fees for missing an appointment that AGAIN, we did not schedule. He called the establishment on Friday, November 30th, without any resolve and called again on Sunday, December 2nd, to leave a voicemail and just cancel our December 3rd appointment. We no longer wanted to deal with people who want to blame a customer for their poor organization and lack of communication. When I called today, the manager answered, and all she wanted to do was tell her side of the story. She said "somehow" we went online and booked an appointment for Nov 26th. And that her receptionist called us and we never replied to her confirmation. When I was finally able to get a word in, she proceeded to talk over me "sorry I don't mean to cut you off" and proceeded to repeat the same story she did when she answered yhe phone (about how we were wrong but she wasnt there, so she didnt know what happened, but we have an appointment scheduled for the 26th and we did it because my receptionist left a voicemail and my masseuse needs to get paid.) Great argument. Lady, Did you hear the part about how we walked in the day of our actual couples massage appointment and your receptionist didn't even book it? To top it of she actually said-- to a customer-- "It would have been nice if you called to confirm or cancel the appointment." Wow. Standing ovation for the worst customer service. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF YOUR RECEPTIONIST KNEW HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. I just can't believe after all the fuss, she couldn't just say, I'm sorry we will give you a free foot massage. Or I'm sorry, we will give you a refund, are you sure you dont want to reschedule? That would make the most sense because it shows you care about the reputation of your business. Look at your reviews! Writing reviews just for scheduling and the masseuse didn't even touch your customers. Keep going honey, you'll lose all your future clientele the way you're going. *Also this seems like it could be a possible scam the more that I think about. Since they want to keep your money and accuse you if scheduling and missing appointments you never did*

Before and after love, love, love the results!!

I got my lash extensions done here and absolutely love them!!!! Karina was my esthetician and made the whole process relaxing and comfortable. The process take approximately 3 hours since the lashes are placed individually so it make sense and you get amazing results. The atmosphere is tranquil that you will just fall asleep and wake up with gorgeous new lashes I love the touch of the essential oils diffusing and the heated bed! Karina is awesome def check her out!

Expect your hour massage to be about 40 min :(

Scheduling was frustrating. Very limited options. Then they canceled on me a couple days before, so I then had to squeeze it somewhere else into my schedule with their limited options. Not very welcoming when I got there. When Kassidy walked in, she never asked if the pillows were okay or if I was comfortable. Once she started, she was a little hard for me (like elbows digging into my rib cage), so I asked if she could do a little less pressure and she retorted "oh, so you don't want deep tissue?" I was like "no, that's just a bit too much for me." (I'm 33 weeks pregnant.) She never followed up and asked whether the pressure was better. The whole time I could here the other staff out in the hallway discussing the weather. Not a relaxing environment. Overall she had good technique... it just was very asymmetrical. Felt like she went too long on the first side and then just did half effort on the second side. Also, she didn't really do my feet ... just like less than ten second, if that. More of like just touched them as she did my legs. Never had a full body that didn't include feet. And it randomly ended with her just randomly stopping and abruptly saying "okay, that's the end. Do you want water?" Very weird experience ...

She has tried to cancel her membership for the last Two months without success. We went in person, called and left messages for the manager that never returned our calls and keep charging our credit card. We called again today and left another message for the manager that never seems to be available to talk to or see. My suggestion is not to purchase a membership here...

The technique my masseuse used was basic but fine. The massage (at the introductory level) was well priced; I got the lavender scalp massage add on for $20 (so NOT worth it- it didn't include any extra time/ it was just an oil and 2 minutes of scratching my head). I find it a bit disingenuous because I asked my masseuse if she could simply do some minor scalp massage technique during my massage and I didn't realize I was being upsold mid massage. The most annoying part was the constant chatter. Based on other reviews- I'm assuming this is part of their training- to constantly engage the client. I couldn't go 1 minute without being asked a question like "How was your day?" Or "What do you do for a living? Or "Do you have any plans after this?" It was really annoying and terribly awkward.... I'm there to get a massage not make a friend or have talk therapy. If I'm desperate- I might research if there is a particular masseuse who is good. And I'll just ensure to mention I want complete silence during the massage unless they are asking about the pressure or to turn over.

Nancy was with a client, but unlike some other places I visited, she was polite and helpful with the information I was looking for. This helps me choose which place I will visit next week and in the following two weeks after that. Nancy informed me what the prices are, but this seems to becoming a trend since this is the second place I have visited where the credit card fee goes up as the time for the service goes up. Nevertheless, if you are going for 60 minutes- the cost is $70. With a Credit Card its $75. 90 Minutes costs $100.00. With a Credit Card its $110. I don't know yet if table shower or table shampoo is an option or included in the price, but I will find out soon. Nancy grave off a great vibe and even though she was busy, she was polite. You know how sometimes, a business messes up, maybe even royally, and their thoughtful resolution…read moremakes you think better of them than if everything had gone right in the first place? This is not one of those stories. I went there on Mothers Day with a secret. I was six weeks pregnant, not far enough along to have told anyone, except for my doctor, whom I also asked about a trigger point massage, as I have gnarly knots in my back. She said it was fine. Per their website, they "recommend" prenatal massages after the first trimester, so they think it's fine, too. When I arrived, there was a sign on the wall that asked you inform them if you are pregnant so they can "take precautions for your safety and comfort." But THIS IS A LIE AND A TRAP. I told the receptionist, and this set off a 15-minute tizzy. I heard several hushed voices outside the curtain. Two different people came in and out of the room multiple times. Between these conversations, I was told to get dressed, undress, and get dressed again. One person who came to the room was the nice man (David) who was to work on me that day. The second one, who introduced herself as the prenatal massage therapist came in and gasped while I was lying on the table undressed, telling me to get off my stomach. She'll get me a pillow. I told her I don't need a pillow. She said she'd only work with me lying on a pillow. I asked where David was, and she said she was going to work on me instead, lying on my side. I must get a prenatal massage, and also, they cost $20 more. I said I'm not paying $20 more for less, and if I had wanted a prenatal massage, I'd've asked for one. She told me that I have to "follow their rules," and if I won't get a prenatal massage, they'll "let" me get a "short" chair massage. Since that does focus on upper back, I agreed but asked if David was going to do it. She said, "It'll be whoever is at the chair." It was David, so I got a really good massage. You could tell he felt awful for me, which almost made it worse. I felt so humiliated and shamed for doing what they asked, and foolish for trusting them. I went to pay and the receptionist told me that the manager gave me a 50% discount on the service, and how was it? I told her he did a great job, and she cheerfully said she would make a note for the future, as if I would ever come back. I immediately wrote a review on Google, which was responded to a few hours later with a lot of words and no responsibility. They're sorry I felt that way. You can go read the review and their canned response, if you want. It's unhinged, but it's my "outcry" review, so I'll leave it.  The cherry on top was that the next day, I get an email, the subject of which is, "Following Up Personally," which just meant "privately," because it was utterly impersonal and spent the first half rehashing the Google response. I'll put screenshots, so you can read it yourself, but what's missing is any acknowledgement that what happened was unacceptable, or even that they messed up. She couldn't even muster up a "Mistakes were made."  And throughout the entire ordeal, they never once have referenced their policy, because if they did, they'd have to admit mistakes were made.  She had the gall to tell me that, as a "gesture of goodwill," they're going to refund me the rest of the cost, and that she hopes that it "can show that we genuinely care about my experience and well-being." It was $25. I'm not sure you can put a dollar amount on "genuinely," but if you can, I imagine it's more than $25. I didn't know I could be even angrier about this, but she really expanded my horizons. I emailed her back and told her that I paid cash, so how was she going to refund me? Does she expect me to come back to face the condescending prenatal massage therapist and the Front-Desk-Judas? And what of that sign? I'm so angry about the sign. It sounds so kind, but it's a nasty confidence trick. They obviously don't care about your safety and comfort. They just intend to embarrass and scold you. I asked her if giving me a refund is a "gesture of goodwill" the same way they assure someone that disclosing pregnancy is for their "safety and comfort"? I told her that it is textbook abuser behavior to ask someone to do something, punish them for doing it, and then apologize for it with gifts later. It is creepy and gross.  She actually responded but just to tell me she could Venmo. I don't have Venmo, so I tried one more time. I told her, point-by-point, what I needed--the instructions for an amicable ending. Acknowledge that what happened was not okay, explain how it happened, and apologize that it happened, not for how I feel. She answered back with another canned response. Unreal. But what I guess this means is that they think that this incident wasn't wrong or a big deal, just how they do things. And if they think that, then they'll do it again. Maybe to you. UPDATE: I did receive the $25 via Zelle on 5/15.
