I would like to say the massage therapist are good at their job, but once they leave the rooms and are around the front desk. It's loud laughing, talking and just obnoxious loudness and very unprofessional. The therapist will hover while you are tipping and the receptionist is asking how your service was. I never felt comfortable to say how terrible the situation was. In the rooms you can hear all of the talking while getting your massage and for some reason they play their music terribly loud assuming to try to block the loud talking. It never works and just makes you want to leave. So unprofessional, it's also very hard to get in contact to cancel, make or adjust an appointment sometimes people won't answer for two days at a time. I'm so disappointed. I tried to give them a chance one to many times knowing how spas can operate and things can be tricky sometimes. But after my third cancellation hours before my appointment with no appointments for the next three days I canceled my membership and won't be returning. I will say the prices are nice; the therapist are good at their jobs just not in anyway professional once they are around coworkers read more

Have fun scheduling! When you are providing a guest a service, you should be well versed in customer service, but not this place. November 12th my boyfriend received a voicemail from Teeka (we have the recording now) stating there wasn't availability at 1pm for a Couples Massage on November 20. However, they had availability at 2pm for a couples massage. This was in response to our Groupon couples massage purchase. He returned the call and confirmed the 2pm COUPLES massage with Teeka*. We walked into our first appointment on November 20th for a couples massage and they had "no record" of any appointment made. Nice. So we rescheduled in person, the same day, for DECEMBER 3RD. I received an email and a text confirmation with those dates only (please see attached pictures). Somehow the manager wanted to accuse my boyfriend and I of going online and booking another appointment on November 26. Funny because the receptionist we talked to on November 20, in person, stated that there was no availability the week of Nov 26. TLDR; In addition to all the text messages and emails we received stating our appointment was on DECEMBER 3RD, Evan received a voicemail (on November 21) asking for confirmation of appointment on November 26th. My boyfriend was having issues with his phone this week as well, not that we need to defend ourselves in this situation at all, but the VM was disregarded. Until he started receiving several voicemails stating he would have to pay fees for missing an appointment that AGAIN, we did not schedule. He called the establishment on Friday, November 30th, without any resolve and called again on Sunday, December 2nd, to leave a voicemail and just cancel our December 3rd appointment. We no longer wanted to deal with people who want to blame a customer for their poor organization and lack of communication. When I called today, the manager answered, and all she wanted to do was tell her side of the story. She said "somehow" we went online and booked an appointment for Nov 26th. And that her receptionist called us and we never replied to her confirmation. When I was finally able to get a word in, she proceeded to talk over me "sorry I don't mean to cut you off" and proceeded to repeat the same story she did when she answered yhe phone (about how we were wrong but she wasnt there, so she didnt know what happened, but we have an appointment scheduled for the 26th and we did it because my receptionist left a voicemail and my masseuse needs to get paid.) Great argument. Lady, Did you hear the part about how we walked in the day of our actual couples massage appointment and your receptionist didn't even book it? To top it of she actually said-- to a customer-- "It would have been nice if you called to confirm or cancel the appointment." Wow. Standing ovation for the worst customer service. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF YOUR RECEPTIONIST KNEW HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. I just can't believe after all the fuss, she couldn't just say, I'm sorry we will give you a free foot massage. Or I'm sorry, we will give you a refund, are you sure you dont want to reschedule? That would make the most sense because it shows you care about the reputation of your business. Look at your reviews! Writing reviews just for scheduling and the masseuse didn't even touch your customers. Keep going honey, you'll lose all your future clientele the way you're going. *Also this seems like it could be a possible scam the more that I think about. I've spent the last 2 months trying to call them to book a massage .. every - single - call would go to voicemail. I have even left text messages (as requested in their voicemail) which I thought I was a strange way to schedule .. no response. I tried booking on their online portal but found it to be glitchy From other reviews, I can see this is an ongoing issue that they do not seem to be in a hurry to correct. I've been coming to Natural Healing Massage services for probably over a year and only decided to join as a member a few months back. I am no longer a member. The quality of service is seriously inconsistent and lacking. I've seen a few different masseuses, and Arian and Jassmine are great here. The problem is that the good masseuses of course have very limited availability, even when trying to schedule over a month in advance. If you're paying your hard-earned money, you should be able to expect a great massage every time you come in, not just when you book with someone in particular. That being said, I had this one male masseuse several times now and his massages are always inconsistent. The last two times I had him were just horrible. He doesn't follow through with pressure or performing the same moves on each side of the body. He also talks nonstop. He will literally talk about everything under the sun and brag about how great he is. The first time I had him, he said he was "one of the best." I see now he was overcompensating. Yesterday, he talked about drugs, rape and murder during what was supposed to be a relaxing, de-stressing massage. And then he laughed about.... It was really upsetting and made me uncomfortable. I seriously couldn't believe it. The customer service also leaves a lot to be desired. They don't take care of customers the way they should and drop the ball with scheduling. It's just too many things wrong for me to continue being a regular customer here. read more

The scheduling was easy and the ambiance was nice. The massage was OK-- I asked her to use more pressure and she didn't really change, but there were some nice moves. My main complaint was that I came 10 minutes early and my therapist started 15 minutes late. No problem, I thought. But then my "60 minute massage" ended up being only 40 minutes. I pointed this out at the end and the reply I got was that it included 10 minutes of getting undressed and whatever. OK, I said, but that should still be 50 minutes. Shrug. I love the vibe at this massage place. The building is deceiving but when you walk into the place it's so serene, relaxing and inviting. Also very clean and decorated very pretty. My massage was amazing. I had the hot stone and Arian was great. Everything I asked, she provided. She used really good pressure to relieve my lower back pain. I was jello afterwards. I found this spa through Groupon and have been coming back every month since, and will not stop until I move! My first visit I was a little early, but I was actually excited to go wait in the waiting room. I mean, who doesn't love a cute ass room with a cool fish tank!? Arian is an amazing therapist AND person. Great massage, conversation, and, for those that "get it," *vibes!* I saw her my first few times until my schedule wasn't able to align with hers, so I was able to work with other therapists. Jassmine is great therapist too! I have tons of knots and tightness thanks to a shoulder and ankle injury, and I always leave feeling soooo much better. Scheduling was frustrating. Very limited options. Then they canceled on me a couple days before, so I then had to squeeze it somewhere else into my schedule with their limited options. Not very welcoming when I got there. When Kassidy walked in, she never asked if the pillows were okay or if I was comfortable. Once she started, she was a little hard for me (like elbows digging into my rib cage), so I asked if she could do a little less pressure and she retorted "oh, so you don't want deep tissue?" I was like "no, that's just a bit too much for me." (I'm 33 weeks pregnant.) She never followed up and asked whether the pressure was better. The whole time I could here the other staff out in the hallway discussing the weather. Not a relaxing environment. Overall she had good technique... it just was very asymmetrical. Felt like she went too long on the first side and then just did half effort on the second side. Also, she didn't really do my feet ... just like less than ten second, if that. More of like just touched them as she did my legs. Never had a full body that didn't include feet. And it randomly ended with her just randomly stopping and abruptly saying "okay, that's the end. We got there 30 mins early, it was our first time there so we have to fill out some paperworks. The place is very and smells good. It was an overall very relaxing place. Our appointment was at 7PM and they started with us exactly on time We had Kassidy and Mark as our therapists. The massage was great! It was very relaxing. Grade: D- Forgot my masseuse's name but wow, talk about rough hands! My BF had gotten this on a Groupon deal after reading great reviews from fellow yelpers. What was supposed to be a relaxing hour for the both of us ended up being a complete disaster for me. The masseuse was kind and friendly. But that massage was cruel and painful. Torture for an hour and I'm not talking Fifty Shades of Grey either. I swore my back was going to collapse during the massage. With aggressive strokes followed by painful kneading, I was in excruciating pain the whole time. I wince just remembering. Our deal included a foot scrub. A foot scrub that dang near ripped off my skin. When the masseuse wiped away at my legs I literally felt like my skin was being ripped off. I don't know what I did to be submitted to this torture but I was thoroughly punished for whatever I did. The only enjoyable moment out of this mess was the facemasks that were also a part of the package. Must've been because my face was NOT being touched. read more

The massage itself was excellent with Rahel, she was great! The reason I can only give 3 stars is because the massage ended over 10 minutes early. If I book a 60 minute massage I expect to receive a full 60 minutes of service. I timed it since I got there early and had to wait, because she came out late with another customer. We started at 5:10pm and she ended my massage exactly at 5:59pm to go massage the next customer. Also the head massage at the end was completely cut out as well. I understand they have to keep up with timing and appointments, but if I get there on time I expect to get the same time as every other customer. It is disappointing when your wonderful massage gets cut short. Every customer should have the same priority. So maybe beware of this when you have a groupon. I wish I could give this 5 stars for Rahel but have to take 2 stars off for this reason. read more

This was such an embarrassing experience that I haven't written a review until now. My husband got me a Living Social or Groupon deal for a prenatal massage and I went in May of 2015, at 40 weeks pregnant. When I scheduled, everything seemed fine, and I showed up, as requested by the receptionist when I scheduled, 15 minutes before my 10:30 am massage. I found the office in a high-rise building, but the door to the office suite was closed and locked. I knocked and knocked. No answer. Called the number that I'd used to schedule the appointment. No answer. Knocked some more. Asked the receptionist in the doctors' office across the hall if she knew anything about the business. She didn't. I waited. Finally, a woman got off the elevator and headed my way. Didn't say hello or apologize. Just asked if I was here for my appointment. It was 10:30 on the dot, if not a little after. She ushered me in and made me wait while she set up and had me fill out forms. She acted like nothing was wrong, brushing off my question about what time they open and what time my appointment was supposed to be. She was the masseuse as well as the receptionist, I guess, since she was the one who did my massage. They didn't have a table specifically for prenatal massage, and she had me start off on my back. She had me lie there for a long time. Anyone who's been pregnant knows that it's A) very uncomfortable to lie flat on your back when 40 wks pregnant, B) it's supposed to be dangerous to lie in that position for long, as the weight of the baby can cut off the flow of the ventral artery, and C) I didn't want the baby moving much at that point, since he was in a good, head-down position and ready for birth! The whole time (probably 20 minutes) that she had me on my back, I couldn't focus on the massage because I was worrying about being on my back. The baby was moving all over during the whole thing, so I was also worrying that he was jumping out of position or uncomfortable, or worse, in distress. And I was worried that this would be a painful delivery in the next few days. Not the relaxing experience I wanted! (Did I say something to her about my concerns? No, because I already felt so awkward about the start of our time that I didn't want to be "that annoying customer" and get treated poorly because I was complaining....) Finally, she had me roll onto my side and place a body pillow between my legs. From there she worked on each side at a time. I never was flat on my stomach, which I was hoping for (hoping for a prenatal massage table set-up where there is a cut-out for the woman's belly). Anyway, it was not relaxing, and caused me so much anxiety during and afterward (and I'm not typically an anxious person) about the baby position that I wouldn't recommend any pregnant woman to get a massage - here or anywhere! This place was nice. Customer service was good. I really liked the ambience The massage was weird. I met her before the massage and she asked about my problem spots but The Masseuse came in once I was on the table and just started without saying anything. The first time she spoke was half way through and then she didn't speak again. Usually I feel like my Masseuse will have a few comments before they start. Masseuse gave some good massage and some weird massage. I have never had a Masseuse move my underwear to massage and it was weird. Even when i pulled my underwear up to show i was uncomfortable she didn't take the hint she kept reaching slightly under my underwear to massage my butt. In her defense i didn't say anything during he massage because I didn't really know how to phrase it. There were also a few times she was doing a one handed massage where she pushed one thumb or finger into my neck and doing something with her other hand that i could hear. Not sure what she was doing since I couldn't see as I was face down but it made me feel weird. Also there were a few times she was massaging my neck that was a bit painful but it was so quick I didnt even have time to say anything so i let it go, but today my neck is so sore i feel like I got in a fight and I'm pretty sure I'm bruised. I will probably go again and try a different masseuse. I had an easy time scheduling and i found the place to be nice. The rest of the massage was fine but it was a weird massage overall....I would say 45 minutes were pleasant and a scattered 5 minutes was a weird and uncomfortable. read more

I just finished a couples massage with my husband. We got the 60min Groupon deal that included a Swedish massage, foot scrub and face mask. It was definitely very relaxing. The face mask felt awesome and so did the footscrub. The massage felt great but I would have liked it to last the full 60mins as promised, hence the 4star rating. The session lasted maybe 45mins at most. Also, my husbands person forgot to massage his full right leg because she was so concentrated on the left leg. It was a little bizarre she forgot. All in all, we will probably go back because the environment was nice and relaxing and the couples massage room was spacious and nice. Excellent experience here! I went on a Saturday morning after a great work out at the gym (it was leg day). When I first entered I filled out a form that was similar to a questionnaire which enables clients to request how much pressure they'd like their masseuses to apply along with areas of concentration/avoidance during the session. This impressed me because it made me feel like I could customize my massage. What a way to create a unique experience. Regarding my masseuse-nothing less than incredible. Before I entered the room she had a cup of water ready for me and already knew what I had requested on my form (focus on my sore legs!). After the massage was over I had completely forgotten that my Groupon included a foot scrub and a face mask. At this point all I could think was "How much better can this get?" I left there feeling brand new, refreshed, and most of all treated like a king. I will definitely be back and hope I get the same masseuse once again. You guys rock! read more

I love natural healing spa! I found this business on groupon after dealing with some really tight back muscles. First I love this location because it has parking and is easy to find. The studio itself is not the fanciest of spas so if you are looking for something super high end, this is not your place. However the customer service and quality of the massage and therapists are top notch and very affordable. The beds are warm, rooms have great privacy, and spa is very calming. The Staff is incredible and the massage therapist really listen to your concerns. I also highly recommend the monthly membership. It is an amazing deal and I love that the staff aims to build a relationship with you the way any other quality health care provider would. read more

The young lady started off great. She had a great balance of pressure and pleasure. She worked on upper back wonderfully. Then it seemed rushed, my legs and feet got barely any attention. And that is vital. I suppose it's due to the "massage/foot rub/ facial special" I purchased from groupon. All of that was done in 50 minutes, but not worth it.
