First, who you book doesn't seem to matter, you'll get who they give. Second, the type of massage you book doesn't seem to matter. I decided to try the Traditional Thai Massage since the past few Office Syndrome massages have been underwhelming. I'm familiar with this style of massage, I really enjoy it. This, was not that. On my experience, Thai massage sessions happen on the floor and involve active stretching and rhythmic compressions. This has been the case at multiple massage studios across different cities and states. This was a half-a**ed Swedish adjacent massage. I walked in and confirmed what I booked. I thought it was weird that I got led to an elevated massage bed, so I made sure to clarify that I booked the traditional Thai massage. She said confirmed so I thought maybe they just did it differently here. They don't, they count on people not knowing the difference. The masseuse spent 50 minutes wasting my time and doing light taps on my body. There was 5 min or less of her walking on my back, and 5 min at the end of her having me bend my leg at the knee while she walked on my quads. I did speak up at one point to ask for additional pressure, and she appeased me for with it for a few minutes then went right back to tapping with no technique. I kept waiting for the stretching to begin but it never did. Eventually, I gave up on the massage and checked out. For comparison, the massage chair at the nail salon has more pressure and tension relief than what I got today. At one point I really liked this place, that's why I kept giving chances. Ultimately, I think the massages here are underwhelming. To be clear, I mean way below mediocre. If you want a Thai massage go elsewhere.

When I called back today again, they told me they still wouldn't see me because I'm a "new patient" even after confirming I'd been there last year....which means my visit would be $125 instead of $65. I am in pain and trying to give them my money and that's just not enough for them I guess. This is the only chiropractor I've seen in my entire life, and they have charged me twice with a new patient fee and tried to do it again today. Apparently, they will charge you a new patient fee every six months you're not seen, which they have never told me anytime I've ever been in for an adjustment so be prepared to pay more for a visit every 6 months....such a scam.
