The gentleman who helped me was very gentle and the lady who came over to inspect was very thorough and showed great technique on my not so easy request. She made sure to get the angles and tips very clean and the gentleman who took over made sure to get the tips smaller to fit to my petite fingers. I was blown away at the talent and team work going on here. The treatment and environment were superb with positive music and beautiful landscapes playing on the TVs. I found my favorite pamper spot in town and will be back soon to try out their big massage/pedicure chairs.

My manicure was fine, but my pedicure was a mess - poorly filed with sharp edges and ends uneven , the cuticles badly trimmed, and polish super sloppy. They made a bunch of excuses saying the nails were short, but that's confusing because the pedicurist cut them, not me. The manager did give me a discount, but I'm still left with a pedicure I have to have redone somewhere before leaving for vacation. The inconsistency makes it impossible to recommend.

Well we were simply exiting the pie place, and when I say we, I mean a family group which included 8 children, youngest being 1 year old. Well, my niece, without any malice thought it would be nice to simply take a picture of her little 1 yr old baby boy with some blue bonnets she had. My niece did not sit him in the or caused absolutely no damage, none, simply standing next to them. We know better and know the meaning of respect. As she does this the owner comes out, being such a horrible person, yelling and screaming, at us, mind you there are 8 children. She is yelling that we are going to damage her plants and kill them just yelling like a horrible idiot and not stopping to think that she was scaring these kids..that did absolutely nothing to her, or her property. Well for one simple picture not only was she yelling and cursing, she proceeds to call the police. She is on the phone with police screaming all kinds of stuff. We are all looking at her wondering seriously, what triggered her. Her blue bonnets were not even touched. We said absolutely nothing to her, and simply let her continue screaming profanities, and we began walk away all 3 families with our kids. She starts walking towards us snapping pictures of the 1 year old. Getting in his face. My niece tells her, you need to stop, you do not take pictures of my son, what is wrong with you, and she's just cursing calling names, and we just dismiss her and continue to walk away. Not one single ugly word to her, we were not going to set that kind of example to any of our kids. Needless to say, we started our day as a beautiful day to tour Fredericksburg, which by the way is absolutely gorgeous. It is simply a SHAME, to know that it has someone running a business, that us so rude, nasty, mean, no manners, and total disregard of decency towards children. I rarely give anyone a bad review, I try to always give everyone the benefit, that you never know what people are going thru. But for someone to be so rude and insulting in front of children, over a picture of a 1yr old, sorry I would not do business with that kind of person. Our world is struggling as it is with things that are alot more important happening around us other than a beautiful picture of a 1yr old with blue bonnets. Never would I care to take my business there.. sorry, but this business and this woman needs to be taught that we need to make the world a better place, not a more disturbing and ugly as it is already. She trimmed the bottom nicely, but the "face framing" layers went from mid ear downward to my chin - pretty much opposite of what you'd expect from face framing layers. I have a tendency to blame myself or my hair for cuts that don't work, but definitely not the case with this bad cut. All I can do now is keep it in a ponytail or headband and wait for growth.
