So went for a mother-daughter pedicure and didn't have to wait too long. Maybe 15 to be seated at the Pedi chairs. Then stayed soaking for about 20 min. They were super busy that day because it was also prom and mothers day weekend. The owner doesn't have great costumer service but the ladies that did our Pedi's were so nice and did a amazing job taking all the dead skin off my feet and making them feel silky smooth!!! lol They don't do a great job painting our toes though. This place is honestly so bad at customer service. The ladies there speak hardly any English to work with their customers, and are so rude!! I went in there one time and an old lady was waiting almost all afternoon for a simple pedicure. When she asked what time it will be at they kept telling her "long time" like WHAT THE F. She was a senior citizen, who was struggling to get up to leave and none of the ladies helped her at all she almost fell so I had to help her go from a rolley chair to her walker. They also tend to mess up your eyebrows! And the wax they use is old. They are only in it for the money. The product they use on nails is so basic, Walmart bought products. Asked for a shellac fill woman says yes gets on phone tells me twenty min wait or go to sister shop botanical nail across street they can take me now. Get there and there are 4 woman there. 3 sitting 1 working I stood there several minutes before they acknowledged me. I asked for a shellac fill said 5minute wait. I was led to a seat by one of the sitting woman who was sitting, went left I waited for her to return. She went sat back down. I got up they all started walking over to me. I explained where I'm from bay area they at least acknowledge customers show books and or nail designs. Not impressed, first of all I got a pedicure and polish change. I got there at 1 and didn't leave until 3:15... Seriously wtf it should not take that long for a gel pedicure and a polish change considering I only had two nails that were polished. I even grabbed the damn file and started filing my nails myself because she was taking entirely way to long. Like I get you want to clean up but I don't need you cleaning up while you're doing my nails because it's taking you ten times longer then it needs to be. Be a bit more organized and time conscientious. Also to the little sassy one at the counter. Watch your attitude little girl, you're lucky I was exhausted from a 13 hr flight or I would have reamed you a new one on customer service and how not to be a snotty nosed little witch. And when I'm saying ouch and pulling my hands and feet away from you clearly it's because you're hurting me and I want you to stop. I was getting a pedicure and the polish fell off the table and shattered and splattered all over my uggs and MK purse and she had not a care in the world and was ignoring the fact that it even happened. When I first came to this place I was lucky enough to get a wonderful nail tech named jessica she did great work didn't hurt me at all and really knew what she was doing if I could give her 5 stars I would, however yesterday I finally got to see for myself why this place has such low ratings. I went to get a gel manicure sadly jessica was not there so they gave me another lady and my nails needed some love so I tried her. The service was horrible she was laughing and talking and eating and just going so slow sadly to say in the hour that I was there the only thing she did was remove my old gel nail polish. Then I told her I had to leave because I had to get to work and she then started rushing, I still have some of the old gel on my nails and they were left terribly. I really like Jessica she is great so if you go ask for her, but as for me I don't think I will be going back anymore. read more

Very slow!! went in for pedicure and fill. Kim said pedi could be right away, but I sat for 15 minutes before they even ran water. Sat in water until it was cold before she started. They use to be really good here, there customer service and the quality of there service was the best, but from one week to another most of there personal had changed and so had everything else, prices got higher and there quality worsened every visit, I would get my nails and pedi done here with my mom and sister, and we would usually wait for a gentleman that worked here to do them but now i have to take whoever is available and even with an appointment it wasn't honored. I made an appointment at 7 and didnt get seated in a pedi chair until 7:40, take into consideration that they close at 8, so everyone is on a hurry and the outcome of my pedicure is horrible. This is the WORST nail salon I've ever been to. I walked in with my sister and bestie to have a girls pedi afternoon on Friday. We showed up at 3 and when we asked how long the wait and were told to pick a color and wait. We kept ourselves entertained they started soaking me and working on me. My sister and BF had to wait an hour until they were started on. While we were waiting the owner say in a chair and watched everyone working and didn't help out. The staff must've overheard us 3 laughing about how warm it was in the salon and someone finally turned on the AC. About an hr into our experience, the owner turned off the AC! We were almost finally done (2+ hrs later) so I went to pay. I stood at the reception desk and the owner ignored me. She never once acknowledged me. She called for my nail tech to help me without looking up from her paperwork. I gave her my cc and the owner threw the receipt & my card on the counter. Ladies be careful going here. I'm leaving a review for the pedi service I got 2 months ago. I usually go to Modesto but I didn't want to drive to Modesto that day so I decided to stop in. I very much regret coming to this nail shop! First I sat in the chair soaking for like 20min kept telling me I'll be right with you. So I get my pedi done well the woman cut me on 4 different toes. Then puts alcohol on the cuts and ooo that hurt. Anyways that night my toes are just itching didn't think much of it until like 2 days later I started noticing discoloration on my toes and some swelling and my toes hurt. So I go to the doctor and I had got a fungal infection the doctor said the infection came thru the cuts and the tools that were used weren't obviously sterile I've been getting a pedi for years and nothing has happened to my toes until then. Until now I'm slowly getting rid of the infection with antibiotics, and haven't been able to get my toes done since!! So pls pls ladies makes sure that the tools they use are opened from a sterile pack and that the tubs are cleaned or a place that place plastic bags in the tubs is a better option!! read more

Okay so I know this place has mostly bad reviews and I'm not going to lie, if they are busy the wait time is extremely long even though they tell you it's not going to be, I even had to leave after waiting for 30 minuets last week just to be sat down and yet again have to wait because they were barely starting with the two girls sitting next to me with only two girls doing pedicures so I know the reviews are mostly accurate. However, today I showed up pretty early at 10am on a Tuesday and there was only 1 person in there getting a pedicure done so I walked in and they gave me service right away and the lady that did my pedicure TODAY(emphasis on today because it differs from pedicurist and also on how busy they are) did an excellent job. She took her time, was careful, and asked me if I was okay throughout the nail clipping process which sometimes some ladies can be very rough. So I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the service I received today, and I would recommend to people that if they don't want to wait a long time and get good service would be to come as early as possible on a weekday. read more

First Time I had gone to get my eyebrows waxed they were done really well but today I went back and they completely made them thinner and shorter which I completely did not ask to get them done again so I suggest for you guys not go there because they do mess up your eyebrows . Even when I asked them to keep them thick and the same length as I had them in the morning today but they did the polar opposite. Horrible service this is my fist and last time here as I come in I was not even greeted . I went for a fill the lady that did my nails was Kim super rude lady she kept pulling my hands. First she clipped my exciting nails all cricked and all un even then she burned my finger with the filling machine then she cut my finger with the file... I had to have her add acrylic to some of my nails because of how short she left them on the side, she was very rude about doing that too. When the time came to add the gel polish she just got up and left for over 15 min where she was I workers and a beer let me know when she was in the back doing some eyebrows, that got me even more upset because she couldn't have at least told me... in the first place she should have finished my nails first, One of the workers had to go to the back and call her at that point I got out of my seat and just asked for the total so I could pay and leave she did not even care... I paid because I just didn't want my nails after I had been cut, burned and misstated Buy her... now I have to go somewhere else to polish my nails...
