Not sure if the lady by enters happen to be the owner she was very nice and welcoming. The place nice & clean good vibe. Although, I was not happy with service I came in with gel nails on, I had requested to use acetone to remove rest of the gel after drill removing. The guy seem not happy by my request the worst talking to lady in their owe language seem talking about me due my request. Such rude employees! They were not helpful at all. I wanted to get a mani and pedi but they were so rude, basically saying no you can only do one. When we said we would just come back then, they said no they have time (but only let me do a pedicure)??? I got a gel pedi, everything was fine until I told her that my big toe looked like the paint was messed up. SO angry and its been about a week and the GEL is already coming off. What a beautiful + clean place to get your nails done! I was looking for a place that would accept a same day appointment and that does nail art... and bam this lovely place popped up. I called and I believe the owner picked up. She told me to come down asap and was very friendly! I arrived and the nail tech was already waiting for me! I should her picture of what I wanted and she said yes, she could do that! It wasn't crowded which I loved (but she did say it gets busy in the mornings and later in the evening) .. She took her time with the nail art because the little snowflakes were being pretty stubborn. She got them and added glitter for a nice little touch! The pricing was not that bad..$50 full set + design! I can't get my nails done often due to being in the military but I will definitely be back for future nail needs! I was in desperate need for a spa pedicure and was in the area so I went to this location. I have horrible calluses on my heels. They were pretty embarrassing but the therapist did an awesome job and getting my feet pretty and clean. I did get one of the top package and really want to make sure I got my feet taken care of. I got regular paint on my toes and surprisingly even after a week, the paint is still on. The regular spa I frequent I would have to get gel otherwise good luck getting the paint to stay pass a few hours so I really like that they don't use cheap stuff. I would highly recommend this location and I went on a non busy time as a walk-in so I got lucky but good luck on the weekends I can see it being a wait. I've come here periodically for pedicures and it can be a hit or miss sometimes and only because some workers take their time and others are rushed. But aside from that I've never had any issues. There's one girl in particular I don't know her name but she is amazing and is always checking in with you if your liking the work. I have a bruised toe nail and she did her best to cover it up so it wouldn't be visible since I wanted French tip, and I was so amazed it was like it was never there! read more

This is a hidden gem! It's tucked away by El Rosal on coffee Rd! I stopped by randomly after looking up new places to go as my previous pedicure place seemed a bit unsanitary. I'm happy I chose this location, such a clean atmosphere and welcoming staff! I was accommodated quickly for being a walk in. The price for gel pedicures are average and about the same as other nail salons. They had a variety of colors to choose from, and the message chairs were amazing! Coming all the way from Merced to visit this shop says something. There is a lack of nail shops that provide quality work and great service in merced. Which forced me to check yelp for a nail salon. I am sooo happy that I did because I found this gem. From the excellent customer service all the staff provided, the elegant establishment to the wonderful job done on my toes and nails. Ha (the owner) went the extra mile to make sure every customer was satisfied before they left, checked-in with the customers who were waiting for an open seat all while being attentive to the customer she was working with. She was a true master of multi-tasking. I wish more shops would take a page out of her book. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she executed it perfectly. Tony, did an amazing job with my toes. He was gentle while still making sure that I walked out with baby soft feet. He made sure to listen to any request I had.
