My husband and I put our names down for massages. I was called in first and then my husband had to wait 40 mins even though others were taken before him. I guess we both didn't mind much, we had time to spare. I wish I had known the massage person was going to walk on my back; I'm not sure if this woman understands her weight. It was not comfortable by any means. I was asked to take off my shirt and bra and I'm not sure I appreciated this. Otherwise, the massage felt nice. This is an awful place to visit. I felt discriminated against. I brought in my older dad who's in his 60's and really wanted a massage. I signed up for the 60 minute massage in their sign up sheet at 4:20 And waited till 4:41 until one of the two guys came out. When the guy finally came out and saw my dads name, he told me he could only give him a 30 minute massage although I put 60 on their sign up sheet. I then asked him why he couldn't give him my dad the 60 minute one. He said that he had other people. So I asked him at what time they closed and said 8. Kind you it was only 4:41. There was only 1 customer after us waiting. So there was plenty of time, and not a bunch of customers. He did this on purpose and it really bothers me. All I wanted was for my older dad to get a massage and I get told he can only do 30 when there's only one customer behind us. This is outrageous!! read more

You can't beat the price but the actual massage was awful. You stay fully clothed and for the first 60 minutes of my 90 minute massage he did the same motion up and down my spine barely moving to the point where it was kind of irritating. And then he finally started using his thumbs in the last half hour and I actually started enjoying it and then the timer went off and he walked out of the room and that was that. This is my first time getting a massage (other than my girlfriend). For years, on and off my neck and shoulders stiffs up like a rock and it's so bad that it makes my head hurts to the point that I cry! I never had time to go get a massage or treatment but my girlfriend bought me a gift certificate to come here and the experience was AMAZING! He knows all the nerves to unknot for me, and his hands were magic; it felt like there was 2 people massaging me at the same time because he was hitting multiple spots at the same time. And he did something that twisted and pulled my neck to lower back that gave me goosebumps because it felt so good. Now that I know of this wonderful place and what a massage can do, I'll be coming back here often. I think I'm now an addict! read more

Updating my former five star review because I'm really unhappy right now. My back was killing me, and this is my go to place for relief. I came to the mall tonight expressly for this, and when I got there somebody was already having a massage. No problem, plenty of time, I went to a store to browse and came back 15 minutes later. As luck would have it, the timer for that person's massage was beeping, indicating their massage was over. As I was waiting for the massage guy to wipe down the table, what looked to be a father and daughter popped their heads in the door, and the guy greeted them and asked them what he could help them with. The male indicated the younger party would like a 20 minute massage. The massage therapist said "Please come back in 20 minutes." I stood to greet him, because I thought he was saying that to them, but the next thing I know he takes her behind the curtain! The male looked at me and smiled apologetically and went and sat down outside of the space. As if that was bad enough, I decided that I would definitely come back in 20 minutes because I needed the massage. I did, only to find the lights off and the place locked up! This was at 8:40, the mall closes at nine. I have had many awesome massages here, but I won't be coming back. That was awful customer service. read more

Just had a massage here and it was amazing! I walked in hurting, walked out feeling much better. I got 60 minute massage, 30 minute body and 30 minute feet. Massage in a mall? Strange concept? Perhaps, but I can tell you from my experience there that they are amazing and affordable. With such a convenient location, imagine stopping in for a quick chair massage, reflexology, or a full massage. I had a chair and reflexology massage and I felt so relaxed afterward. The therapist there was professional and he knew muscle anatomy very well. I am very impressed and I highly recommend them. You don't have to be bothered with making appointments, you just show up. Sometimes there is a wait with other customers, but it is worth it! I'm very happy I went and I intend to go back frequently! Give them a try. read more

Do not judge this place because its at a mall!!!!! I have been to alot of massage places in my life. I've been to the 200 an hour to the low priced 50 bucks ones. This place is worth every cent I just spent. 30 minutes $30 bucks. I just got my massage around 710 pm and feel like gold. I am actually feeling so good I had to stop at the food court and sit and write this review. My body is tingling and feeling refreshed and happy. If your in the mall take the time and relax and get a massage. Actually of your in the salem NH area just go. You will not be disappointed.
